A Fine Hotel, Terrible Customer Service
I booked a one night stay which I pre-payed for. I booked the day of my stay as I was on my way to the area and knew I’d need a place to stay that evening. I arrived after midnight, exhausted from a long drive, and instead of receiving a hospitable welcome, I was immediately and rudely informed that I would likely be charged a “late fee” as I checked in after their “check-in window.” They insisted I should have called to confirm that I would be arriving so late. Again, I pre-payed and booked day of. If they had any question my arrival, they had my phone number and could have called me.
The clerk was flat-out rude and was likely too high or drunk to care. A fine hotel, terrible customer service.

Stayed one night due to power outage in my area. I only had a problem with the tub drainage it was not draining properly

Property is super quiet. Staff is friendly but Other than that it’s boring. No pool, no complimentary breakfast. Hotel is pretty basic.

When we arrived they had a power outage due to a storm. We traveled from Virginia to Philadelphia and wanted to rest. We had to walk up 3 flights of stairs. That was extremely hard for my wife who has health issues. The entire stay we were unable to watch TV because of the outage. Housekeeping didn't come by our entire stay. When we checked out I asked about any compensation and I was told because we booked through a third party they couldn't do anything. She act as if we was bothering her when I asked her. She told me to contact ******* to see if anything could be done. I will never return to that hotel. Poor customer service. Not that it was their fault they lost power. Your guest should be compensated in some way. Unexceptable

My room was not properly clean. It smelled like mildew. I called the front desk to ask for another room. They said they had no availability. The clerk came to my room and used an air freshener. It was a temporary fix but the smell lingered.
Then I had to keep running back and forth to the front desk to pick up linens and toilet paper.
And they did not serve breakfast and there was no pool as advertised.

Really enjoyed our check in experience and our stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted in a very professional and friendly matter. Check in was smooth and fast, and we were on our way. The gentleman at the service desk also took a short moment to discuss men’s mental health awareness, which I must say was AMAZING. Very brief and brought to light that men’s feelings matter. The room was clean, the bed was comfy. Would stay again!

Spacious room and the bed mattress was one of the best I’ve slept on.
有小厨房、房间还可以,前台服务人员友好,但分给我的房间靠近马路,隔音效果差,对睡眠不太友好
