The room was big enough for me, with a kitchen and closet. The welcome was cold, and they also asked for my personal credit card to leave a deposit, something that had never happened to me on any trip before. The room could have been cleaner and better maintained; the carpet didn't look clean, some of the walls seemed to have coffee or wine stains that had been there for some time, the paint on the bed was peeling in some places, and the bathtub was rusty. I was there for almost two weeks, and nobody cleaned my room until the day I left. The housekeepers said they follow the schedule, so the manager didn't want them to clean my room for two weeks.

The hotel was okay, but definitely not a 4-star experience. Our room had an unpleasant smell, which was disappointing. Additionally, the hotel would not accommodate a late checkout, stating they don’t allow them on weekends. We only requested an extra three hours, but they still declined. Overall, it fell short of expectations.

A Fine Hotel, Terrible Customer Service

I booked a one night stay which I pre-payed for. I booked the day of my stay as I was on my way to the area and knew I’d need a place to stay that evening. I arrived after midnight, exhausted from a long drive, and instead of receiving a hospitable welcome, I was immediately and rudely informed that I would likely be charged a “late fee” as I checked in after their “check-in window.” They insisted I should have called to confirm that I would be arriving so late. Again, I pre-payed and booked day of. If they had any question my arrival, they had my phone number and could have called me.

The clerk was flat-out rude and was likely too high or drunk to care. A fine hotel, terrible customer service.
