东京全日空洲际酒店体验感拉满!酒店位置优越,紧邻地铁站,前往热门区域十分便捷。客房融合现代设计与日式风格,设施齐全,部分房间视野绝佳。酒店餐饮丰富,有米其林星级餐厅。还有20米室外泳池和24小时健身中心。
前台check-in好慢 房间有一点小 5星级酒店的浴室不应该这么小 位置不好地铁不太方便 只能打车
送了和果子 放在小木箱里 很有仪式感 俱乐部的早餐不错

我们对房间和服务都非常满意。
房间完美,能看到东京塔,不过低头也能看到一个像墓地,这个可以忽略,早餐品种一般,不是太丰富,服务员专业热情,离银座3公里,漂店对面就是地铁站,出行方便。
8月26号预定并入住酒店,前台一位男性工作人员对中国人和欧美人的态度截然不同,没有笑容,没有礼貌用语,这个房间是双床或者大床,工作人员都没有让我选择也没有告知没有大床只有双床,就直接给了一间双床,完全没有尊重,进房间一看是双床,立即下楼去协商,他就说没有房了。第二天咨询坐机场大巴去机场的事宜,还是那位前台的男工作人员也是一脸的不乐意,把我打发到礼宾部,礼宾部的工作人员才详细给我说了如何乘坐机场大巴。押金至今未退。东京全日空是我住过最差劲的海外酒店,有明显的歧视中国人的态度,建议大家选择其他酒店。
酒店位置没得说,当初选择它就是因为它有方便的停车位,入住后发现停车确实很方便。房间也重新装修过,非常干净整洁。
总的来说,这家酒店还不错,早餐很棒,位置也很好,离市中心很近。我们住的是套房,描述上说是52平方米,但这个数字明显夸大了,对我们四个人来说太小了。更令人惊讶的是,退房时酒店工作人员不知为何无法或不愿为我们叫一辆去车站的出租车(面包车)。这点让我非常不解,所以要扣分。
非常差劲的入住体验!实在是不能忍受,必须上来给差评!为了方便出行和享受旅程特地定了club套房,但是从预定到入住,不论携程或者酒店都没有任何提示说酒店边上就有坟墓,我能理解各地不同风俗,但是给我一个墓景房至少要给到一定的提示,问问我介不介意!(景观请看图,房型mizu suite)。要求换房间后给的另一间非常臭,整晚弥漫着下水管道味道,因为回酒店太晚了换房太折腾只能第二天再解决,忍受了一晚上头晕喉咙痛!第二天换的此次入住第三间房,有浓重地毯灰尘味,空调打开又有异常的响声…这就是我这两天花了将近1万RMB忍受的事情!
其他客观评价,
酒店位置:看似中心位置,实际到最近的溜池山王地铁站要步行10分钟以上,走一个很远的通道,出入都打车的话没问题。
房间景观:酒店贴着高架,周边都是高楼,毫无景观可言,步行感受也不好,据说有的房间能看到东京塔,反正我定的套房没有,只有对面的窗户。低头是众多墓碑…
酒店设施:有一个室外泳池,冬天不能用,健身房更衣室也没有泡池,club还不错,中规中矩,lounge的餐点还不错。
酒店服务:唯一的优点就是多数服务人员还算热情,积极解决我碰到的问题。不过这其中不包括35楼lounge的两位办理入住的女士,动作奇慢,poker face,站着跟我说话,但对同一时间到达办理入住的白人跪式服务…
总之,不建议选择这个酒店,他们的设施实在是存在太多问题!整体体验非常影响心情
