It was 105 degrees and our a/c unit did not work in our room. It was 83 degrees in the room and very unpleasant. They said there were no other rooms available so we suffered through a very hot night.

nobody at check in at 10Pm had to wait. we called earlier in the day to tell them we would be in at 10. we booked a king bed. when we got there they said did not have a king room got two singles. room smelled like mold. door key cards in hall beep all night. comforters on the bed were not dry. floor was sticky carpet and tile

The air in our room was not working. The staff was unable to change our room. We slept in a room that did not go under 80° all night. We tried to spend time at the pool but the area was littered with wasps and wasp nests. There were no towels and the pool had not been cleaned. No one offered us any compensation when we checked out.
