I will be sure to follow up with our Housekeeping supervisor, to ensure we are offering our apartments in the best possible condition. Thank you for bringing the issue with the railings in the stairwell to our attention. We have informed our operations team, who will be investigating this issue to ensure our building is safe for all of our guests. It is a pity to hear that the other guests in the building were not following our house rules of no smoking in the apartments, and no noise after 10 pm. We do have a security team that patrols these buildings to enforce these rules, they can be reached by phone 24/7. Everything was perfect! The accommodation is in an ideal location, we went everywhere by bike. There are two supermarkets nearby, Lidl and Jumbo. There is everything you need for two couples! We really liked the ease of check in, as well as the security.

Excellent connection to Amsterdams city center, tram and bus are around the corner and the SAIL harbor area is only a 20 minutes walk. The 2-bedroom apartment is a perfect choice for families, the only downside is that one cannot open any window in the master bedroom to get some fresh air in the morning. Kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped!

I have been to Amsterdam 20 time or more . The apartment is okay . Rooms are very small not like the pictures. Location is really far from city so i had to use taxi all the time . Its notbolin central. Walking at least 30 min to reach the real center .

千万别想预订,万一发生意外,你去不了,就算你选择免费取消,他们也不会退款。我之前在Booking上订的,而且是免费取消的,他们收了我1200欧元,剩下的钱会在住宿处收取。后来我还有时间取消,他们联系我追讨余款,我还是取消了,因为我觉得不好意思,就点了取消。好吧,就算我提供了所有付款证明,经过一个月的持续投诉,Booking最终还是退了我的钱,然后他们会看看这间住宿处会怎么处理……一定要小心!
门锁不上!
我们不得不换房间,因为我们的前门锁不上。他们不得不把我们搬到另一栋更远的楼里,我们没法继续和我们一起住,这意味着我们一行人被分开了。公寓和大楼都不是很干净。
这里本应是一个很棒的住宿地点。步行 10 分钟即可到达当地公交站、公交车站和火车站。但酒店的清洁程度、对其他客人的管理以及性价比都让人失望。照片上的公寓看起来不错,但实际上非常脏。最多也就是有人快速检查了一下台面和浴室。地板非常脏,浴缸里有头发(不是头上的头发),到处都是一层又一层的灰尘。前门附近的地毯和地毯破旧不堪,看起来非常破旧。不知何故,整个房间都贴了壁纸,不知怎么的,壁纸脏得像在空中 3 米高的地方。楼梯上的栏杆不安全,因为它只在远端用螺栓固定在地板上,所以到处都是摇摇晃晃的……如果在尽头加个扶手就可以避免这种情况。除了正门之外似乎没有其他紧急出口!所有窗户都锁着,没有钥匙,所以如果正门外发生火灾,根本无法逃生。我们遇到的主要问题,我们觉得还好,是其他房客。虽然墙、地板和天花板都是混凝土的,但地板却“空心”……或者听起来是……什么都能听到!你还能听到巨大的前门关上的声音……凌晨4点,有人下楼(卧室就在楼下)。公寓里每天都弥漫着一股臭味……从前门和共用的通风口飘进来……简直是噩梦……
很糟糕的體驗,打掃清潔並不確實,不到非常髒但就是不乾淨。第二天晚上房子沒有任何熱水,在很冷的阿姆斯特丹是非常痛苦的體驗,在WhatsApp上反應後,對方表示無法立刻協助要等到明天,我們必須自行在廚房燒熱水放到浴缸裡面洗澡,非常克難。然後千萬不要使用洗碗機,裡面有洞水會漫出來⋯
有天回家發現大樓門口有一組客人,他們顯然並不知道需要先線上繳城市稅(我也是入住當天詢問已完成線上CheckIn但為什麼還沒給密碼鎖,對方才給我連結)提醒要來的旅客要時刻注意自己的信箱。
