The room is clean however the bed is old and noisy, you can feel the spring. The place looks old and looks like not well maintained. To reach the place, you have to pass by a crowded small street.

We got the economy room for 2 nights, booked it in their website. The room was clean and sanitized, but a bit small for its price. Wifi is available and fast at that time, but only limited at the Gardens. Room amenities was okay, but really mediocre. The grounds though was really big, and it has 2-3 big pools (1 though wasn't that clean) You also has access to the neighboring Loreland Resort, which also has 3-4 pools (great for family and friends) The Verde restaurant is the main restaurant, which is a 5-7 minute walk from the Garden Suites. Food is okay, but not that great. Hope they can improve it more. Booking in the Garden Suites does not give you access to the Hanging Gardens. A lot good views though from the resort alone, a lot of plants and trees surrounding the resort. If you love plants and trees, you will love this place.

我得强调一下，我是在“淡季/台风季”来的。尽管如此，酒店的场地绝对漂亮。而且附近还有其他同样美丽的酒店。
即使是淡季，客户服务也非常好。食物：很棒。
床：偏硬但睡着很舒服。
不太好的地方：再说一遍，这是在淡季。我订的是经济房，房间非常小，小到只能侧身在床边走动，连放个小行李箱的地方都没有。所以我要求升级房间，也很顺利，补了差价。工作人员甚至先带我看了房间。空间是大了些，但清洁度就……不太尽如人意了。我得要洗手液，卫生间里有蚂蚁，而且整个卫生间几乎到处都是霉味。
未来我很想和一群朋友再来这里。这里会是一个很棒的养生度假胜地。它就像是繁忙都市中的一片小绿洲。这次的入住体验总体还不错。
