The property is very nice the room was clean and spacious. The checking process was painfully long and only 2 people in front of me.

long wait to check in, only one person manning the desk. Room was 1.5 miles from using the pool, little unpractical. Room was clean, access easy, evertyhing worked.

The staff was courteous, and the room was very spacious! The location was also perfect being close to the action without being surrounded by it.

Very little sound proofing between the bottom and top floors of our house. We could hear EVERYTHING from the bottom floor. Every morning, the family upstairs was stomping and running around at 6am and even into the evenings. If the top floor took showers/baths, no hot water was left for my family downstairs and we had luke warm showers. Don’t think the heat was working well- with the thermostat on heat at 72-73 degrees at night, it was still freezing in the house with no extra blankets available. over night outside did not get below 50 degrees at night so the house should not have felt THAT cold. Then to take luke warm showers was not great….
The atmosphere of the area and hotel in itself was great, but the house we stayed in was unfortunately not.
