I loved the room we stayed in, it really gave a townhouse feel. It made you feel like you were staying in a real home. I just wished that the resort's activity center had more to offer in their grab and go eating area. They do not serve breakfast and their menu is very limited for lunch/dinner hours. If people are paying good money to stay their, it needs to have additional amenities to make it worthwhile.

We stayed over Thanksgiving and it did not disappoint. The customer service was great, the indoor pools were clean, there were tons of activities for kids even over the holiday. We will be back!

Places is nice, but I stood there for my birthday and I have some music on regular volume at 3:30 pm in the afternoon daylightand they were knocking on my door twice because inside was too loud. I had family over and friends and obviously we’re not gonna be whispering. It’s gonna be a little noise talking. So if you’re planning to do a birthday there during the day, get ready for the knocking it was the only person lady that was knocking on my door was terrible staff, but yeah, it happened to me.heads up

Very pleasant staff, clean, bright condo, comfortable bed & linens. Kitchen has all the basic supplies. The front office gave us coffee filters since the included packaged coffee was very weak, but we always bring our own coffee for backup. The activity center is large, clean and has many fun amenities. The fitness room is good , 2 large indoor pool with adjacent hot tubs. The tiles of one hot tub could use some cleaning (like most hotels!) but otherwise good. The chemical levels /odors were not overwhelming. A guest above our first floor unit walked very heavy late in the evening but the noise didn't last too long. We enjoyed our stay at a very reasonable cost during the off season !

我对狗过敏，只能祈祷我们租住的房间里之前没有住过狗。
房间整体还算干净，但848号房淋浴喷头周围和淋浴间顶部有黑霉，这有点令人担忧。
结账时被收取27.92美元的“度假村费”（也就是所谓的“垃圾费”），这让我很惊讶。
办理入住时，前台并未告知有任何额外费用。
办公室经理对此不肯让步。
此事已报告给马萨诸塞州总检察长。
两间房带一个公共区域，这个价格很划算了！
这是一家分时度假/酒店式公寓。他们不提供餐饮，但杂货店就在几分钟路程外。对于一个四口之家来说，这是一个不错的房间。房间干净，而且离我们的目的地很近。
