The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and the area was breathtaking. We woke up every morning and sat on the porch watching the clouds coil back as the sun rose higher in the sky.

While our room(s) were very comfortable our stay was marred by being awakened to the sound of the smoke alarm. After checking out the situation and resetting the alarm we tried to get back to sleep only to have the alarm go off again as a test! Later, a third alarm sounded for no reason at all. Checking with the main desk only got us a, “We’ll send out a technician later today.” Not an ideal stay.

The room was fantastic - lots of space and well laid out. Having a kitchen is always very helpful. The property was well kept and clean. I love the rustic vibe.
The amenities were awesome - the kids spent all day in the large outdoor pool. We also enjoyed the arcade and mini-golf. The whole area is clean and comfortable.
Staff were very responsive through text - which was handy. We had a little issue, but it was handled quickly.
All-in-all, the whole family loved the room, had a great time at the resort, and felt welcomed by the staff. We look forward to coming back again next year.

Nice retreat from the beaten path. Place was very nice. Only reason im giving 4 stars is the bathrooms. The one in the master bedroom was nothing more then a broom closet with a toilet. No sink. The other was also tiny. With shower toilet, sink and a linien closet you have zero room. Toilet sits about a foot off the floor. Made it very difficult for a handicapped person.

我对狗过敏，只能祈祷我们租住的房间里之前没有住过狗。
房间整体还算干净，但848号房淋浴喷头周围和淋浴间顶部有黑霉，这有点令人担忧。
结账时被收取27.92美元的“度假村费”（也就是所谓的“垃圾费”），这让我很惊讶。
办理入住时，前台并未告知有任何额外费用。
办公室经理对此不肯让步。
此事已报告给马萨诸塞州总检察长。
