It was perfect for us. It had the kitchen we wanted so we could do up some meals for new parents kids. Enjoyed the balcony for morning coffee and breakfast.

我们的住宿体验还不错。我们很喜欢这里的位置和便利设施，但到达时房间还没有准备好。我们直到下午5点多才拿到钥匙。清洁人员把他们的东西扔得到处都是。退房时，钥匙坏了，我们没能把所有东西都拿走。我们去了前台修了钥匙，但还是不行。我们不得不等保安来开门，这样我们才能把所有东西都拿走。

我真的很想再去一次。但是第一次入住体验不太好。入住房间后，我们一进门就闻到一股很浓的霉味，还有一股樟脑丸的味道。我们把房间通风一下，第二天就闻不到了。第二天晚上，我们楼上举办了一个大型聚会。我们住的地方是六人间，我估计楼上有二三十个人。音乐声太大，天花板都震颤了。酒店办公室也没能帮上什么忙。我几次要求酒店办公室把音乐调小，但什么也没改变。他们只告诉我晚上10点开始是安静时间。但我有两个孩子9点前就睡了，这没关系，所以我们只好忍受了。我们没能体验到很多便利设施。所以我不想给他们一颗星。希望以后有机会再来，能有更好的体验。
沟通非常糟糕，这是我第一次来，他们根本没告诉我，也没让我意识到到那里需要付押金。后来他们告诉我需要付押金，我开车一个多小时回家取了更多的钱，结果却被告知只接受信用卡。更糟糕的是，那天正好是我两岁儿子的生日，我们一路开车都很累。因为这种情况我们度过了漫长的一天，最后不得不在一家酒店住下。而且，就因为我的预订情况，他们甚至不让我们预订同一家公司的其他酒店，真是太荒唐了！
我们对这次入住体验非常不满意。我们本来想来这里享受一个宁静祥和的周末，结果整个入住期间，从早上6点到凌晨1点，派对的噪音一直吵得我们无法入睡。
我以前住过这里，体验很棒。这次房间很脏，很难找到人帮忙。我们到的时候房间很脏。里面有一袋前一位房客留下的垃圾。客用浴缸很脏，而且堵住了。我打电话给前台，要求有人来处理这个问题。他们打了4个电话，花了两天时间才帮我解决。
