Annoying to not have check in and desk service in the
building. Ice machine was a treasure hunt of bad signage and distance. Good response from Baymont desk moving me to first floor due to disability.

The room was clean and well supplied with everything we needed. Although there is no breakfast offered, it is a nice place to sleep and freshen up on our travels.

Did not see housekeeping entire stay, no towels, no bed made, no floor leaned, no trash emptied.
North building office closed, had to check in at south building.
Office staff gave me a key that did not work. They said that they had given a key to the south building room and remade key for North building room. Sloppy work

The parking lot is horrible, especially when driving a bigger vehicle. The room was tiny and the TV didn’t work.

The toilet handle had to be adjusted every time or it would keep adding water after a couple minute.

Friendly staff and easy check-in, clean-ish room. My only problems were the hypodermic needle cap under the bed and, worse, the window won't lock on a ground floor room. I slept with one eye open over that, which isn't conducive to rest. Room 158. And there's no coffee pot

I can tell you that it was a medical hypodermic needle cap.We do strive to keep our rooms clean and vacuum under beds.
