The hotel Pratap, part of a larger hotel (goyal Hoteliers) is situated a 5 minute walk from taj mahal, Agra , India . The hotel is spotlessly clean, very airy with lots of great features; bar, restaurant, car parking, mini shop, luggage store. The multi national staff are all so friendly, happy and very willing to help in any way. Our room, although designed for a person with disabilities, had everything that we needed. It was spacious, comfortable bed, TV, safe, ironing board & iron and electric fan as the room is not air conditioned. The room does not have a fridge and the windows, which open, are not double glazed. However, the road adjacent to the entrance is not overly busy. Breakfast is very cheap per head, which may seem a lot, but you would probably more going out to eat. The breakfast was certainly plentiful and a varied selection of foods and drinks were available. The orange juice is always a gauge for quality, and The City Sleeper breakfast is certainly quality. We did not use the bar or the restaurant during our stay, so cannot pass comment. Overall, our stay was excellent.

The place was very serene, with an atmosphere that was very recuperative, having walked all day. Indeed, it is so pleasant to have time to relax away from the busy and to enjoy a comfortable stay. We took our time in the sie of the park in light of our adventurous nature in Antananarivo, and the tranquility of the place enhanced our comfort and ease.

Hotel Pratap has got a very good strategic location around the Taj Mahal and as such makes it very easy to access other places of interest around Agra. The rooms and corridors were uncluttered and very clean as well which was very pleasant when one gets back from sight seeing thus got adequate comfort. Kindness made by the staff topped on the warm welcome which really gave me the feeling of being at a home away from home.

I would highly recommend Hotel Pratat because of the hotel’s strategic location to the Taj Mahal. Most of the true rooms are very neat and clean, offering the guests a quiet place to rest after an active day of tourism. I have no complaints with the staff all of whom were polite and willing to help me make my stay as comfortable as possible. For anyone who is traveling to Agra, then this hotel can be recommended for its location and comfortable.

Hotel Pratap offered awesome deals and was conveniently located close to Taj Mahal; the tourist centre was well advantageously good value for money. Everything was always in good order, because of which one would retreat to these welcoming and snug rooms. The friendliness and attention of the staff always made it more enjoyable, I would feel pampered every time. They were really nice and welcoming—it was fun. Overall, a great location and an equally cozy property with excellent staff make Hotel Pratap one of the best places to be around.

The decor in the hotel was elegant and tasteful, adding much to our total impression of this charming place. So much care and detail thought In what seems a picturesque place The presentation of fine interior design work, the mature color palette and small finesse made everything feel more elegant – a pleasant place to base ourselves during our visit. Together with the well thought out elements of design, it added another dimension to our comfort and luxury experience which continued after we left.

They were unfailingly polite, willing to help with any requirements, and even went out of their way to make sure we stayed comfortable.
