Ended up going to the Hampton Inn because the property could not accommodate the disabled we had requested in advance. This was already frustrating, but the poor customer service just added to the nightmare of an experience.

We unfortunately don't have a handicap room with two beds. Special Request are best to confirm directly with the hotel because of availability. Thank you again for your Feedback!

Room was clean but….blinds were broken and would not open…no hot water for 9 am shower.
We had very disturbing, noisy neighbors our last night. We didnt report it since we were leaving next morning.
Breakfast was average.Overall, we were disappointed with the accommodations….considering the high price to stay there. We expected it to be better than much cheaper motels we have stayed.

I didn't like the attitude of the employee who worked with the breakfast. I did ask for the remote to change the channel she said it's on the news. Like sorry can't have it. Rude.
Also, this morning having an early coffee with my husband I saw an employee on her cell phone and telling me to lower the volume of the tv, for what? So she can listen to her show on the phone? Rude. Also our room was a handicapped room. We didn't ask for a handicap room. We r 60+ but not handicap. The refrigerator didn't cool enough. The toilet holder was semi out of the socket. So.... unsatisfied staying. Thanks.

感觉很安全,地理位置也不错。早餐安排得不错。入住时的工作人员非常热情。公共区域的清洁度还有待提高,走廊似乎从未吸尘过,但整个入住期间,地板上都留着同一张纸巾。我要求客房服务补充某种物品,但从未得到过。总的来说,住宿还不错。
抵达后,我们房间的床单被压扁了,状况很差。其中一间房间的床单很脏。经理和前台工作人员很有礼貌,及时更换了床单。我入住后不久就因为床单脏了而不得不等着休息,这让我很失望。简直无法接受!!!打扫房间的人竟然把脏床单留在床上,真是太大胆了。
只给了两条毛巾。一条普通咖啡,一条不含咖啡因。早上9点下楼吃早餐,什么都没剩下。昨晚我们进不了房间,因为门锁里的电池没电了,我们等了大约20分钟才修好。
我们的房间里有一只蟑螂,工作人员对我们很好——我很感激他们,我们期待着将来再次入住假日酒店
住了一周。员工和服务都很棒,很友好。网络和设施都很棒,非常适合远程办公。游泳池、洗衣机、早餐都很棒。
入住和退房都很方便,房间干净舒适。早餐很丰盛。之前住过这里,以后还会再来。
