Staff was so nice to me and my family. They remembered my toddlers name every time we passed the front desk. Greeted with a smile and conversation. Excellent staff

Room had water damage to cabinets and there was damage to the bathtub. Toilet paper felt like what you’d expect in a gas station bathroom not an expensive hotel. Beds, sheets, and pillows were just okay.

Front desk staff on Sept 28th was rude and condescending. Implied that I did not pay to upgrade my room. When I needed to extend my stay the day before, I was willing to downgrade to a different room and move to pay a lower fee, the employee at the time (on the 27th) was very accommodating and suggested I could just stay in the room, which was accepted and appreciated. The staff that was rude implied that she needed to have a conversation with that employee….as to indicate that she would be in trouble. A customer should not feel as though they have done something wrong or that they may have gotten someone in trouble for something they didn’t request.

Room was nice and clean. Pool and hot tube were very nice and clean. Wendel Clark restaurant attached to the hotel was fantastic.

Bad check in
The check in was a weird experience, the lady that was working on Aug 23 treated me like it was my first time checking into a hotel then proceeded to serve another guy who butted inline. It was one of the most painful check-in experiences I’ve experienced in a long time.

Rooms need to be updated. Pool is looking worn down. Breakfast at new restaurant is mediocre at best.

Bed were great, very clean room and great facilities. Nice and close to the east link center so we were able to just walk there. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Will for sure stay here again

I was impressed, great room, it’s too bad the restaurant wasn’t open, but I get that it wasn’t ready, all good.
