Good Morning, This is the worst hotel ever I have stayed in my life time. I came at 6.45 PM, the room is not there, they have given a shabby miserable room, fully dirty. The toilet is broken. No water is coming in the wash basin. Main shower water is coming slowly . The Towel they provided is worst that a Mopping cloth, the towel must be more than 10 years. No Drinking water, finally they brought a old plastic jug ( from some junk yard) and when 8 asked for a glass they said we will see and finally he brought a glass that is smelling( I don't know when they have cleaned. There is liquid in the toilet , little bit and smells miserable if your doing a hand wash. The bed seems to compilation of dunnage and whole night I have been awake and since 5 am I am out of the hotel sear hing for a new place. They have put a small 1 feet floor mat that is like a piece of garbage brought that some body have used for several years and thrown it. The hotel is like a Shed on the topmost floor ***** with some dormitory rooms type .

no cleanliness, beds are uncomfortable, in some rooms air conditioners were not working and in some rooms toilets were dirty, rooms were dirty no cleaning staff were there. they were not providing any solutions for these problems. very disappointed 😞

My stay at hotel setrac orange in belapur, navi mumbai near mpsc office is terrible. Nonebof the facilities are good. No cleanliness maintained. Gizzer is not working. Tv is not recharged
