On ******* it was advertised as a poolside view room and breakfast for 2. They initially did not give me a poolside room but changed it when I showed them the ******* booking. Now they refused the breakfast for 2 and said that when I booked that I should have selected/stated it was 2 occupants so it was going to be only one breakfast. They front desk staff do not understand or know about the ******* adverts.

A shout out to ND, Nico (Bartender), Peculiar (front of desk) and the Customer Experience Manager who all contributed to a positive and comfortable stay. Tastefully furnished great breakfast selection, and rooms maintained and decorated to a good standard. Just a shame that they ran out of chicken wings lol, definitely recommend
