酒店非常棒！位置非常好，就在卡伦海滩边上，出酒店后门就到海滩，周围有商业街区，购物吃饭方便。酒店设施齐全，健身房很好，三个泳池，里面还有小动物！
这次入住普吉岛铂尔曼海景大床房，我提前备注并到店重申了高楼层海景房需求。起初被安排在6楼，阳台被树木遮挡完全看不到海，我立刻返回前台提出更换。工作人员确认空房后，亲自带我看房，最终成功换到视野绝佳的高层海景房，过程十分顺畅。
入住小贴士：
• 入住需交4000泰铢押金，店内消费会在离店时抵扣，多退少补。
• 高层阳台可俯瞰整片安达曼海，步行过马路即达沙滩。
• 酒店内有孔雀和散养鸡，
• 早餐丰富，有两处用餐区域，整体选择相当丰富，能满足不同口味的需求。
•还可以和前台预约泰式SPA。
⚠️ 重要提醒：定房时务必看清是“一人”还是“两人入住”，房费按人头收费。有客来访，前台会通过电话通知需亲自下楼领。
整体入住体验很不错，是普吉岛度假的稳妥选择。酒店环境很好，热带花园茂密舒服，公共区域干净有设计感，拍照很出片。房间宽敞整洁，海景视野开阔，隔音和卫生稍微要注重一些，床上有黄色污渍。
服务态度温和有礼貌，办理入住太慢了，有问题响应及时，让人觉得安心。餐饮选择多，口味在线，早餐种类丰富，能满足不同需求。
泳池和沙滩体验加分，海边氛围很放松，适合躺平度假。位置也比较方便，出行、逛吃都不麻烦。
小缺点是部分设施使用高峰期需要稍等，整体瑕不掩瑜。性价比不错，推荐给想安静度假、看重舒适度的朋友。
环境：房间外还是挺美的，地理位置也很不错，离卡伦沙滩巨近，小门出去就是
卫生：卫生还不错，但房间的被子有点太潮汕了，睡得有点不舒服
服务：想去大门都可以坐接驳车，那天我们半夜的航班落地，在酒店也有车可以坐，24h服务还是不错的
酒店整体环境不错，房间一般，海景不错。最吐槽的是隔音太差，晚上根本休息不好。入住第一晚感觉特别明显，睡梦中被吵醒几次，不知道噪音的原因。跟酒店前台沟通，说是派人来检查，也没来。多住两天后，自己观察发现，好像是因为隔壁关门，这边衣柜推拉门就会震动，很大声的。
抢到了春节团购价真是太开心了，入住时还给我升级了海景房，虽然是尾房但我毫不在意，睡的很好没有遇到传说中奇怪的事。服务人员很热情，没有受到大家所说的区别对待或者冷脸，都是微笑服务（没有给小费）。房间内的沙发拉开就是一张沙发床，小孩子开心坏了。
酒店位置非常好，后门出去就是海滩，吃饭游玩很方便，服务人员特别友好，我们订的A豪华海景房，阳台直接面对大海，但是有点吵，离马路太近，如果想安静一点可以订里面几幢，可能春节人太多，本来预订每天10点来打扫，每次12点才能来，感觉人手不够，本来是网球场才订这个酒店，没想到预订场地很难，场地预订管理混乱，本来预订好的没给留场地，这是最遗憾的地方，不过其他方面还是非常好的
酒店面积很大，电瓶车接送，每二栋楼一个餐厅。
庭院中多种植高大的树木，独木成林的大榕村，枝开叶细的小叶榄仁居多。
房间宽敞整洁，只是我们所在房间下水道不时咕咚咕咚响，尤其是夜里，有点影响休息。
早餐很一般 没有芭东的喜来登好. 房间相对比较安康.周边没啥配套 去商业街区要走一段路.酒店泳池比较安静.马桶总是堵.还往外渗. 酒店的洗漱台设计不合理.服务人员态度很好.mini bar不要随便吃贼贵 住了几天 ，要600+rmb的费用
