Cependant, permettez-nous également de répondre à certains de vos commentaires avec quelques explications : Titre décevant : Si dans la première phase, le Riad était joli, le personnel exceptionnel et les clients aux petits soins, pourquoi utiliser le mot "décevant" comme titre ? Nous savons que malgré ces quelques difficultés, nous avons également eu des points forts. Localisation : Pour les voyageurs qui souhaitent découvrir la Médina, la Kasbah est le lieu le plus convoité en raison de sa proximité mais aussi du niveau de sécurité. Notre Riad est situé à côté du Palais Royal, et vous pouvez même voir la garde royale. La climatisation ne fonctionne pas : Nous sommes sincèrement désolés de ce problème technique, mais sachez que cela peut arriver également dans un grand hôtel car nous ne sommes jamais à l'abri d'une situation imprévue. Température : Marrakech est une ville connue pour ses périodes de températures très élevées. Votre séjour coïncide avec une période où Marrakech a connu des périodes de chaleur très élevées, non seulement à Marrakech mais dans toutes les villes du royaume. c'est l'afrique.. Je suis navré que vous n'ayez pas trouvé de réfrigérateur dans votre chambre, mais nous sommes dans une chambre de Riad, pas dans une chambre d'hôtel. Cependant, nous avons un personnel qui traite nos clients comme des rois. Avez-vous demandé de l'eau fraîche aux équipes du restaurant ? Personnellement, j'en doute, car ils sont en service de jour comme de nuit pour répondre à toutes vos demandes. Des progrès à faire : Nous avons ouvert notre Riad il y a trois mois et nous avons encore beaucoup de progrès à faire. Cependant, aujourd'hui, nous sommes meilleurs que la moitié des Riads à Marrakech, car nous veillons de jour comme de nuit au bien-être de nos clients, même si nous n'avons qu'une seule chambre, toutes les équipes sont mobilisées. Nos tarifs sont parfaitement adaptés à nos prestations. Nous proposons les plus grandes chambres et suites en superficie. Un Riad aujourd'hui qui propose seulement six chambres et suites sur une superficie de 600m2 est très rare. Nous préférons offrir à nos clients le maximum d'espace et de liberté. Notre Riad est dédié aux voyageurs à la recherche d'un lieu d'exception pour vivre des moments en toute intimité. We booked this Riad hoping it would be a romantik getaway in Marrakech. As we know what we like when we travel we sent our concerns and questions to Hassan who works in the Riad. He confirmed that we could have all we asked for. However upon arrival we realized that this was not the case. The Riad is in an area which is hard to reach, the room we were given was Dark, small and quite unpleasant, there was also missing towels. We told the staff about our concerns and they tried to help but it was not good enough. The owner of the Riad came to speak with us, and this very uncomfortable. He made it sound like everything was our fault and he was screaming at us. The whole experience was so unpleasant that we moved to another hotel in the middle of our vacation. The only reason we are giving a 2 review is because of Ismail who works in the Riad, he is lovely.

The host, Christian lied about the actual location. After Airbnb gave me a 50% discount because of the misinformation she attempted to claim $900 damages to the room. This was ridiculous and Airbnb denied her claim. She has now posted a fraudulent and defamatory “revenge review” of me on Airbnb. The actual location is quite dodgy and a good 25 minute walk to the Souk where all the shopping and good restaurants are. All the rooms are dark, some without windows. The breakfast is all carbs. The man who is in charge was new (it seems they can’t keep employees) and barely spoke English. The pool is more of a fountain in size and is in a courtyard that offers uncomfortable seating on 1 large plastic sofa. One of the walls here has decorative niches providing roosts for the multiple pigeons that leave poop everywhere. Definitely find another place to stay in beautiful Marrakesh.

This stay in Marrakech was amazing, and I recommend it to everyone! When we arrived we were welcomed with open arms by the owner, a very friendly man who speaks French Spanish and English. Upon our arrival we could escape the heat of Marrakech by taking a swim in the mini-pool, which was amazing! During our entire stay we got treated so well, nothing was too much too ask and everything was possible. One day we had a tour so we had to leave at 6:30. We asked if we could get a breakfast to-go, also this was not a problem at all! Everything together we had a wonderfull time here, highly recommended!!!

The riad was ok, I didn't get anyone who spoke English. I was with my family and breakfast was basic and cold. The description of accommodation was not as described on hotel. But as I have visited Marrakech many times I felt leaving and coming back to riad we were not given a key for main entrance when coming back. We always had to knock which was a pain especially coming back late.

Very friendly staff, and great breakfast and room but the area is not easy to reach by cab especially during the day and walking around at night does not feel that safe especially if you are not with a group. Also getting inside the hotel at night was not easy without an outdoor key.

Book this Riad if available. An amazing property with real charm and attention to detail, I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The service I received was really above and beyond. I received an email before traveling offering me transfer and a meal of my choosing, which I accepted. The meal, simply the best Tagine I ever had, except the following evening I hade another one and they looked after my 5 outside guests superbly. Breakfast was a little different everyday, so well thought out and prepared.
My room was super comfortable, loved going back to the Road after my days work.
