Every staff member of every shift was very polite and when I checked in I didn't like being located close to the lobby and elevators and the lady was more than happy to relocate me to a quieter floor.

Internet was spotty. Rooms were definitely not quiet. This is a critical aspect of hotel stays. Doors are paper thin and do not keep noisy sound out. Windows do not block regular conversations happening outside them. This is especially annoying when past 10PM and continuing into 1-2 AM.
Noise pollution is the biggest problem in a hotel stay.

Overall a GREAT option if you have business in the area and for a low price. Great big rooms, free parking and free descent breakfast. Only two fails are: Hotel built out of paper, EXTREMELY loud in between rooms (side by side but MOSTLY ceiling, awful) and then the Wifi: connecting process is just backwards and the IHG chain forcing you to watch a stupid ad is infuriating AND it does not always connect the first time (especially on Apple products) AND it becomes stupidly slow once all the customers return to the hotel (from a decent 50 Mbps to… 3.) almost preventing you from doing the most basic work. I actually resorted to hot spotting from my phone.
So: great, clean BUT Wifi and paper thin wall construction.

酒店房间卖掉了。我们用信用卡支付了房费,他们说我们到的时候要把房间转到另一张卡上。我们的航班晚点了,到的时候房间已经卖掉了。我们到的时候大约晚上8点。前台说他们试过刷卡,但刷卡失败了,所以他们把房间给了我们。前台说他们试过打电话,我说我们在飞机上,电话关机了。我们不得不去找另一家酒店。
酒店本身很普通,但前台工作人员(Shannon)态度很差,办事很慢,好像我们办理入住对她来说很不方便。我们之前住过这家酒店,服务比这里好得多。就价格而言,还是住在路边四分之一英里外的汉普顿酒店吧。
