I am not one to give 5 stars, I normally just review on my YouTube for everyone to decide (Russell Dant) But after interviewing this couple that took over the hotel last year I was so surprised how incredibly friendly and warm and welcoming they are, now my reviews are very honest which is something people don't like. My review is coming up on my channel very soon. You seriously cannot go wrong with this hotel and I have review around 70 in Blackpool, rooms, breakfast and service. I would go back with my family and friends if I wanted to stay in blackpool just to chill for the night. Make no mistake this is a beauty

I enjoyed every minute, Tony & Florence
are very hospitable.
They made Christmas dinner for all the guests which was excellent !
I will be returning to stay in the future 👍

Nicest cleanest b and b I have stayed in while in Blackpool was spotless and owners and residents very friendly highly recommended very close to everything.. bed was very comfy had to leave a night early due to weather but that couldn't be helped

Great we find very clean warm and everything you need in room lovely breakfast and really friendly hosts cheryl and ian can't do enough to help you definitely be back Great price very close to all pubs and restaurants five minutes walk from shore front

We ended up having an unplanned stay here when we were seeing the illuminations. They catered to our needs and were so friendly with us and the children. Room was clean and the beds were comfy. Really good price and a cooked breakfast was included. We will definitely stay again.

Absolutely lovely. We found this hotel while staying at another and so glad we swapped. The couple that run it have been lovely, so helpful, and SEND friendly. Local to everything you need and a small walk from Sandcasltes and the pleasure beach. Thank you...definitely coming back.

Thes people deserve a medal. They saved my daughter and grandson weekend away after arriving at a different hotel and it being inhabitable. We ended up in a lovely family room that was spotless and stocked with coffee tea biscuits Breakfast was fab . Nothing was too much trouble would definitely stay again They saved the weekend literally

Excellent all round Cheryl John and Dot are brilliant very friendly make you feel at home every time we have stayed .They go out of their way to make your stay fantastic. Rooms clean and breakfast is fantastic. Would recommend 100% all day long. Thanks to you all see you later in the year. (Cannot wait!!) Scott and Mandy
