出行前纠结是选莱佛士还是索菲特，被索菲特的花园打动。入住后果然很不错，感觉住进了景里。房间很大很舒服，前台帮忙升级了，带小阳台。早餐很丰盛，咖啡还有个Angkor的字样。服务员都很贴心，提行李，帮忙叫车很积极，推荐的餐厅也很不错。泳池没去体验，但是看起来很大挺不错的。早中晚有不一样的感觉，是很棒的住宿体验。
参观吴哥窟，三天都订了这家酒店，工作人员服务非常热情，房间面积不大但很舒服，酒店的法餐厅、全日制餐厅和bar品质都很高

服务一流，地理位置优越，房间干净。强烈推荐作为游览吴哥窟的基地。
酒店的食物很美味…房间干净，服务也很友好👍 不过浴室里没有牙刷😄
房间有一些年代感，装修符合高棉风格，性价比不太高，酒店内部的各处场景还是挺有意思的
客观说酒店最大的亮点花园很漂亮，泳池布局也不错很大。但是从房间设施来说有多老化，譬如空调冷凝漏水，下面还是放箱子的地方，衣服滴湿了。从服务来说热情流于表面或者说有得压根不到位，比如房间里放着黄色菊花，对中国人来说有多不吉利就不说了，放到第二天都萎了也不换，其实当地有很多莲花以及其他花花草草可以放，用点心自然知道不能在中国人房里放菊花。另外吃早饭点了两碗粉，煮完了服务生也不送过来就这样放在台子上，过会我去拿忽然从后厨出来一个主持人模样的西方人，他就要来帮我端，结果他一上手马上涌过来两个服务生要来帮忙，这不就是势利眼么……作为全球连锁的五星酒店仍有很多提升空间
很好的酒店，风景优美，仿佛建在一座花园里一样，设施齐全，泳池餐厅spa健身房一应俱全，工作人员的服务也很到位

酒店view真的很美，无滤镜也很美！而且工作人员也非常专业，友善！刚入住发现房间空调温度偏高，火速搞定，并且送上甜品和致歉信。服务意识杠杠滴。如果你来看吴哥，一定不要错过这个酒店，安全，舒适，温馨，美丽！
