May we ask whether the wallet was placed in the in-room safe and secured with your personal code? The safe is designed so that only the guest can access it once a code is set. 超级赞的酒店,环境服务都很好。虽然有点儿老旧,但是很安静,住着舒适。门口的海滩也不错,可以下海玩,度假很好。可惜每天出海潜水🤿,没什么时间躺酒店。真想多呆两天呢。期待下次的海岛旅行~~👙👗👒🏊♂️🏄♀️🚣♂️👨👩👧👨👩👧👨👩👧
带娃入住体验极差,换房等待时间太长
1. 卫生问题: 入住第一晚发现被套有严重异味,11点换被套,体验感极差。
2. 换房流程极其不合理: 第二晚因酒店满房需要我们换房。在我们退掉第一间房后,新房间直到下午三点才准备好。这意味着我们带着小孩,需要在酒店大堂/公区干等。期间孩子累了没地方休息,大人也很疲惫。
3. 失望与建议: 原本选择贵酒店是出于信任,但连续两晚的遭遇——第一晚的卫生问题加上第二晚的流程问题——彻底破坏了我们的假期心情。希望酒店能重视布草清洁,并优化满房时的换房流程。如果无法及时入住,至少应提前告知预估时间,并提供行李寄存和休息区域,而不是让客人带着孩子在公共区域干等。
这次苏梅之行最满意的就是万丽!一进酒店就被浓郁的热带风情治愈,一步一景超好拍。别墅藏在花园里,推开窗就是绿意与海风,私人泳池随时泡,幸福感拉满。员工态度温和有礼,细节服务到位,每天都有新鲜水果和矿泉水补充。海滩干净人少,日落超美,泳池边喝椰汁发呆太惬意。早餐选择多、味道在线,餐厅氛围也很棒。闹中取静,设施新且全,不管情侣、家庭都很适合,是会无限回购的神仙酒店!

妖媚的前台姐姐很有力量
but空调声音也很大,最小档依然很冷,声音很响,阳台设计蛮有劲的,不是villa
这家酒店打扫房间的人绝对有人偷钱!!虽然我没有直接证据,但是我钱包放了3000人民币,我就一直没有动过这笔钱和这个钱包(出去我都不会带这个钱包),现在回国再一点这个钱,3000人民币变成1900了。
我真是人生中第一次见到酒店服务员偷钱的!请避雷!!

酒店位置较偏,沙滩一般,园林景观还可以,但个人感觉不值这么多钱,周边吃饭按摩均要打车出行,可玩性一般,性价比较差。
孩子们非常喜欢的酒店,有前后院子两个泳池。海边的泳池下面就是沙滩非常漂亮、孩子们玩得非常开心。不在闹市中,比较安静。
修泳池有噪音所以升级了推门见海的梦中情房,楼层高视野开阔躺着观海。酒店房间和公共区域有新中式摆件,户外台阶精工细作彰显大户人家的派头,泰式花园打理的不错。前台、餐厅服务人员是一支以年轻女性为主的团队充满热情活力,就是很奇怪入住的时候查回程机票。早餐比起喜来登品种少了点,但有单点,有鲜榨果汁,喝到了本次行程最佳辣梯,最后一天喝的摩卡也不错。无边泳池很干净,海边小酒吧很有feel。住了六天流连忘返意犹未尽,下次还会再去。
来泰国参加朋友的婚礼,顺便短期旅游。酒店非常惬意,无边界泳池和大海连成一片,心旷神怡,推荐海景房,在窗边吹着海边看出,真的是非常惬意。早餐也非常不错。
扣除的0.5分给早餐店的服务员,早餐人比较多,但是他们安排位置不太好,也不让穿浴袍就餐(刚用完泳就直接来吃饭,这个我也理解的。但是不知道是不是语言的问题,他们的态度欠佳)
也体验了酒店里面的spa,环境很好,很私密,好像还是获奖spa,但是有一说一,我觉得技术不算最好的,相比较他的价格,性价不算很高。
一流5星度假酒店,員工友善待人,乐于助人,康乐设施齐全,可惜乒乓球弹力差美中不足. 早餐不错,现做很美味,游泳2个,足够大. 游泳增送饮料,值得赞. 不负万丽品牌.
