We had a great stay, the staff were all very nice. Our room had a bathroom leak but they moved us to another room and gave us complementary breakfast for the rest of our trip.

Beds were comfortable. We had no housekeeping service for our entire 5 day stay. Musky smell in the hallways. Phone in room did not work.

Beautiful surroundings ! They did have the heated bubble things that you can have dinner in .. Ally the manager was so very helpful and kind ! Decorated so Beautiful!

I would have given this hotel 3 stars but the staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful so that boosted it to 4 stars. We loved the pub and restaurant, very good food, large selection of bourbon. The servers and bartenders were great. We were here for the Miss Northern Int. Pageant. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Now the bad. This hotel is need of a refresh. The furniture, carpets and fixtures are very worn, scratched and just old. We had an executive studio suite room. When we first turned on the water in the bathroom sink it really smelled bad and it wasn't a sulfur smell. The water coming out of the other sink in the coffee machine area was fine so we ran the water for about 15 minutes and it went away. Lighting in the room was very bad. No light in the bedroom closet. No light in the coffee machine area. They had a Keurig but we bring our own machine. Needed to use a flashlight to see the water measurements. The chest of drawers was in the living room not the bedroom. The toilet seat in our room was very loose and about to fall off. The toilet seats are about the cheapest you can buy and they were throughout the hotel, didn't like them. Our room came with a Jacuzzi tub but it was broken and didn't work.

The rooms are always clean. This visit the hotel was nicely decorated for halloween. The food was good, but the bar service was a little slow, mainly because it was understaffed. The staff are very nice and we always enjoy our time there. The hot tub is not working and it truly needs to be removed as an amenity, as it has been out of order for our last three visits over the year.

We got away as a family of three and were excited to stay in a fancy hotel. I was surprised at the condition on the room and general run down appearance. Because I have a toddler I pay special attention to floors and our room was obviously not vacuumed recently at all. Also there were random personal objects behind the curtains and between the sofa cushions. I recommend finding a better cleaner.
We had to call maintenance to fix the hvac and to replace a light bulb. When we tried to call downstairs we realized the phone wasn’t connected lol come one people. We also asked that house keeping please come and remove trash, bring new towels and sheets etc. It was a 5 day stay and we were told they only cleaned on the 3rd day.
I guess I expected a better experience since the hotel seemed to be fancier than the typical roadside inns etc.
Anyway, I understand having to cut costs but deciding to only provide house keeping services on the 3rd day isn’t the way.
