The hotel was clean and quiet. Great place to stay! The rooms are clean, well designed, have small mini kitchens; a good-sized refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishwasher, plates, bowls, glasses! The staff is friendly, and the free breakfast was excellent. The only complaint was the sliding doors in the bathroom. Hard to open and close . Definitely will stay here again.

This was a great place to stay close to Cincinnati and all the attractions. The room was nice, quiet, spacious, and had all we needed as a family with young child. We tried running the dishwasher on the first night and it was super loud, so recommend running it while you’re out if you need to. The pool was really cold and super salty for some reason.

我在*******预订了特定类型的房间，仅仅是因为照片上显示有独立的客厅。我是远程办公，我丈夫睡觉的时候需要独立的工作空间。到了酒店，我们先被安排在一间双人大床套房。我回到前台，告诉他们那不是我预订的房间。他说他们没有那种类型的房间，想知道我是否可以保留他们给我的房间。我说不行，我预订并支付的是特定类型的房间。他笑了笑，说价格都一样。然后用另一种语言和他的同事交谈，递给我另一把钥匙。我去了新的房间，发现仍然不是我预订的，因为显然他们甚至没有像*******上宣传的那样有那种类型的房间。
我联系了*******，他们随后又联系了酒店，因为他们的网站歪曲了他们实际提供的服务。酒店没有采取任何措施来解决这个问题。对*******和Home2 Suites彻底失望了。
房间里气味难闻，而且没有空气清新剂可以解决。房间里弥漫着香烟和脏狗的气味。浴室的通风口很脏。太恶心了，我再也不会去那里了。
