Just a little more attention to detail in the rooms would earn a better review. Some items needed attention, clogged hand basin outlet and dishwasher out of action.

Staff was very friendly. We had to ask for additional toilet paper and Kleenex, as we only had half a roll and a few tissues in the tissue box. Beds were clean but a little firm. The room we had was very nice and spacious, but the floors were stained and gross in some areas. Everything else was pretty clean in the room though! We would stay again, but be sure to bring house shoes to walk around in.

Staff was great at check in. The floor in our room had multiple stains and our feet were black after walking around in the room. Walls had dirty hand prints. Found food from previous people at edges of bed on floor.

Dirty, fridge covered in dust. Uncomfortable beds. No room safe, staff never cleaned my room.

We asked for room to be clean day #2. It was not. Had to get to and towels. Evening snacks were gone in 15 minutes even tho advertised to be open for 2 more hours. Well except cold lasagna

The carpet was stained, couple of stains on 1 of the bed sheets, broken floor tiles in bathroom but otherwise everything was perfect.

No water pressure, mattresses were very hard and stains all over the carpet. Everything else was clean and very quiet.

We booked and prepaid four rooms for three nights and one room for two through *******. One room was given away when group did not check in before 11:00pm. So this group was told there was no vacancy and it took over an hour for the hotel to find a room available. Only due to being a Hilton Member did a room become available. We had tried to check in for them but weren’t allowed. Then they were asked to vacate after one night even though we had prepaid for three nights.
The group that had the room for two nights added the third night at last minute but not through *******. Everything was fine when they checked in online. So when the front desk was asked if group could stay in same room all three nights it was no problem. But when they checked out the hotel charged their credit card for all three nights even though two nights were prepaid through *******. This has not been corrected a week after check out. I have never experienced any problems using ******* in the past. But while the hotel staff did not seem to care for ******* our bad experience will make using them less likely
