Everything was nice except the last day they apparently did not have coffee or it may have been coffee filters. Which for a nice hotel they should always have coffee for their guests. And it would be nice if they had a continental breakfast instead of having to pay for it.

We came here for a college visit. The hotel is extremely nice, especially considering it’s in such a small town. Great stay!

My day would have been pleasant and very acceptable but the hotels experience, hot water problems. I was unable to take a hot shower.

The reception managers throughout the weekend were nice, and the premises were clean; however, our room was not.
We found an old cheeseburger in the refrigerator, which means they never even opened it to clean it. One of the white blankets had a disgusting stain, as if it had not been washed after the last guests left. The towels were questionable. One set was hung, as expected, but the second one was on a shelf, not neatly folded, which left us wondering if those towels were clean. There were no soap bars when we got there, the body wash bottle was completely empty and one of the light bulbs was out. Finally, we asked every night (as per the instructions), and reminded the manager every morning, that our room be cleaned. We were there for three days and nobody ever came to clean it.

There was no hot water in this hotel for our stay. I guess it was supposed to be fixed, but never was. The room was dirty and had closed left from previous people who stayed there. We were told we would be reimbursed for this day because of the hot water issue among other things. There’s no bartender, if you wanted to get something from the bar at the bar restaurant, you would have to go to the front desk and have them call someone to come down and bar tend.

Our room looked dingey, hairs in the shower no bags in the trash cans etc. There were sunflower seeds spilled in the elevator the whole stay. The pool was fine but tiny. There is no restaurant in the hotel, only a small bar with a few food options and a couple 1/2 empty coolers with drinks by the front desk. I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come out of the office to check me out. The next day i was charged for my room again by the hotel and i still haven't gotten a refund for it
