Nice hotel but a little noisy
I was attending an event in Lebanon so the hotel location was good for my visit, but it is positioned between a busy road and interstate so there is some noise from the street. The hotel lobby and room was clean; room service comes every other day.

Check-in desk greeted my family with a very threatening tone. Told us that if we’d arrived 1-hour later that the reservation would have been canceled. Note - we arrived before midnight… and we are driving cross country. AND the room was non-refundable… meaning that they’d received full payment for the room already. Why would you threaten to cancel my fully paid reservation?
Additionally, the pet fee was double what I have paid at other Marriott properties. They told us it would have been cheaper if we had booked on the Marriott app. That is total B.S. You pay pet fees upon check-in. We let it go because we are not one to argue.
Additionally, we booked on ******* because it was my family traveling - and my adult aged kids don’t have the Marriott account to check in. So - the hotel staff just felt the need to point out that they are not Marriott members and thus didn’t deserve to have their prepaid room held for them and that they needed to pay double pet fees? Sorry that the hotel staff was just having a bad day?
Not sure why we warranted such an aggressive reception.
Avoid.

Room warm and bathroom stinky
The bathroom always had a smell, like sewer. It was offputting. I wish I brought a plug-in. The room was warm and musty, no fresh air. I thought it was the climate but as soon as I walked into the hallway I felt like I could breathe again. I turned on the window A/C but it was very noisy and didn't do much.

This hotel was just ok. The bathroom in the room had water damage that was somewhat fixed. The air conditioner was never really cold, it was cool at best.
The first morning we got to breakfast at 7am and the choices were so lacking. Items were being brought out 2-4 pieces at a time.
The sending morning breakfast was better but still not great. Lastly the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night the first night. I know this is not the hotels fault but extremely inconvenient to be awaken like that. Nothing was wrong and the staff never instructed us to do anything about it. We stayed in the room waiting to see what was happening. We had a large group staying here and the next morning we all talked about this.

Beautiful newer property with friendly helpful staff. Unfortunately it was not very quiet… A lot of highway traffic noise.

Room was clean. We were just stopping for overnight on our trip. Second time in 8 months.
