The place is very clean and cozy. The elderly landlady waited for us until very late and was concerned about the rain, worrying if we would have any trouble on the way. The entire room has heating and a refrigerator, and you can tell from the switch panels that it has been recently renovated. The key point is that the radiators are spotlessly clean!! You can really see the care the landlady has put into it!! The breakfast was also delicious, served hot, and better than what we had at other hotels in the UK in the previous days. It was homemade! I highly recommend this warm and welcoming place!!

非常干净，非常温馨房东老太太一直等我们到很晚，还担心下雨，我们路上会不会方便。整个房间有暖气有冰箱，可以从开关面板看出是新装修的。关键是暖气片都是干干净净的！！可以看得出房东的用心！！早餐的食物也好吃，热腾腾的，比前面几天在英国别的酒店的都好吃，是他们自己煮的！强烈推荐这家温馨的餐厅！！

不幸的是，我在出行前4天因为胰腺炎住院了，所以无法按计划出行。我按照取消流程操作，虽然完全理解大部分预订在临近时无法取消，但系统确实提供了提交医疗证明以取消的选项。我上传了我的住院证明照片作为证据，但很快取消请求就被拒绝了。既然医疗原因取消请求注定会被拒绝，那设置这个选项的意义何在呢？
我们的亲戚刚搬到这家酒店附近，我们原本打算以后经常入住的。
这种极其短视且糟糕的客户服务让我无法推荐这家酒店，并且将来也不会再光顾了。

我们在Bridleways度过了一段美好的时光。老板非常细心周到，对当地情况了如指掌，乐于助人。早餐无与伦比。房间宽敞舒适，配备了我们所需的一切，让我们的住宿体验宾至如归。
