Did not appreciate the isolation at this resort. I booked the individual cottage but it's away from everything, the pool, the restaurant and you either have to walk or rent one of their golf carts. Was so disappointed.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. Beautiful property and the food we ate at the resort was very good! Only downside was an issue we had with a 3rd party they use to go deep sea fishing. We paid extra for a larger boat but got the same boat that came with the package that was $350 cheaper. We tried to get this resolved with the staff before leaving since they were closed but they weren’t able to do anything. A week later we heard back from the company and they did not help and actually blocked my boyfriend after he explained what happened as wrong…. So don’t use the company they are associated with for fishing, or if you do make sure you are getting exactly what you paid for prior to the trip.

The hotel is in the island that requires an additional flight that is $200 per person. The property is not beach front. To get to the beach you will need to go on a boat ride and the schedules are limited. Beach access is only a few hours a day. Food and drink prices are very high even by New York standars. The beach is nice, but if I were to travel to Belize again I would definitely look for a different hotel.
