给同事们订的，墨尔本展会期间这个酒店位置就是很不错的地方走路过去很方便 ，晚上也可以在雅拉河边散散步，或者去皇冠里面吃个饭
地点很优越，中央车站对面，参加一日游就在楼下集合，酒店有点老旧，但就在市区很方便，可以电车免费，还是挺满意的！
环境：酒店的位置非常好，就在市中心火车站不远处，城市免费的有轨电车也从门前经过，去主要的景点非常便利。
设施：酒店的房间不大，设施非常基础，只有一些基本的设施，有一些年代感。
卫生：卫生收拾的不错。
我们受到了非常友好的员工的接待，并获得了提前入住以及升级到两居室公寓（原预订的是三张单人床的房间）。
我们注册了会员，获得了免费停车，但因为我们没有开车，工作人员很好心地在我们住宿期间的某一天为我们提供了三人份的免费酒店早餐。
我们尝试申请延迟退房，也很顺利地获得了批准。
酒店位置也非常好，位于免费电车区内，所以我们出行到不同地方（包括我们一日游的集合点）都很方便，也很省钱。酒店正对面就是南十字星车站，那里有很多餐饮选择。
这家酒店的地理位置很好，离火车站和商场都很近，卫生环境方面则见仁见智。最让我印象深刻的是他们处理问题的态度。按澳大利亚大多数酒店规定，酒店通常是上午10:00退房、下午14:00点才能入住。但12日我退房时，看到从内蒙古来旅游的一家人——孩子坐了一夜飞机，累得在大厅沙发上睡着了。向前台说明情况后，他们立刻为这家人办理了提前入住。这种基于实际情况的灵活处理，无关身份，只为需要，值得点赞。👍jin
房间小了点儿，但位置及其方便，对面就是southern cross station, 里面也有Woolworths，tram和bus有，周边的饭馆也挺多
很享受我一年一度的入住。也很高兴能把车停在楼下。
给我一个人升级了套间但是房间里有一种臭味说不出来。 门口位置打Uber很方便，离cbd也很近在free zone里面
前台免费升级了大套房，楼下就是巴士站和通往机场的Skypass，出行非常方便。周围麦当劳之类的餐饮店特别多，离唐人街也很近，总之就是一切都很完美
房间大，对内隔音不好，对外隔音好，第一晚有条毛巾上有些黑印，除了周末，每日打扫挺好的，总体还行
