Great experience, everything is amazing. Owener of this hotel is well behaved and humble. Staff, Service and food are perfect if you wish to have a calm stay. Specially wanted to mention “Sunder Singh” the guy who is always ready to take care of all the room service requests. Keep it up..!! 😇🤗👏🏻🎉🥳✨

Lotus Grand Akm is not a very big hotel but it's a beautiful hotel, Right from entry the reception having a beautiful decore and after filling my entry form the hotel staff took me into my room which was nice , The bathroom was properly clean and the bed was clean and comfortable I ordered my dinner which was satisfactory. I just stayed for one night in this hotel to catch my toy train, The hotel location was near to kalka railway station.

1. The reception sofas are torn.
2. The curtains in the rooms are torn.
3. The electric kettle is broken.
4. The shower tap was jammed and required real effort to turn. Could not get hot water.
5. The walls of one of the rooms I stayed in was damaged and not repaired well. Had dirty visible repair marks.
6. Was it not for the location I would have given it a 'Terrible' rating.
7. I hope my feedback has a positive impact and compels Hotel Lotus Grand AKM Kalka, to do the needful.
酒店位置很好，离卡尔卡火车站很近。如果赶早上火车，在这儿住一晚过渡非常方便。工作人员很友好，睡得也很舒服。虽然有点火车噪音，但我没觉得困扰，毕竟酒店就在火车站附近，有噪音也正常。
房间非常宽敞，离火车站很近。不过卫生方面有点小问题。
酒店位置绝佳，早上搭乘前往西姆拉的火车非常方便，步行五分钟即可到达车站。性价比超高，床铺舒适，装修精美，员工也很友好。我们去了Shelley's餐厅吃晚餐……这是我们目前在印度吃过最棒的一顿饭。酒店经理也说那是附近最好的餐厅了。
店主响应迅速且非常亲切，让我们可以安心入住。酒店地理位置也很好，步行几分钟就能到车站，方便乘坐玩具火车。
位于市中心，靠近火车站，房间很大。
