服务热情周到，乾净卫生房间虽细但已比东京的好得多了。早餐丰盛美味，地理位置优越，在横滨站出来两分钟便到。
酒店风格很有意境，服务人员都很友好，英文沟通便利，酒店房间干湿分离，晚上睡觉很安静，空间放平行李毫无负担。楼下就是附带医生开药的非常正规的药妆及杂货店。是下次还想继续住的酒店。酒店很雅做的录像未能以图片形式上传。
酒店很不错哦，卫生间是干湿分离的这点很喜欢，前台工作人员会英语，退房入住都是机器自助的，前台还有护肤品每天可以拿，是pola的。房间21平也不算小，可以摊开28寸行李箱，离横滨站北西口步行很近，楼下就有个全家。还有个药妆店，去哪里都很方便，下次来横滨还会选这家。
三人房在连锁商务型酒店里算很宽敞了 酒店很干净 到处香喷喷的 备注了需要高楼层 也确实给我安排了满意的楼层 这点非常好 说明是有看客户备注的。走到横滨站也很近 吃喝购物一应俱全 来回羽田机场很方便 下次有机会还会入住。
横滨旅行首选横滨站前里士满酒店，全程体验满分，每一个亮点都戳中需求，性价比超高！最惊艳的当属它的地理位置，步行6分钟左右就能到达JR横滨站，出行便捷度拉满，完全不用奔波。
购物和觅食更是无需费心，酒店周边步行10分钟内就有3家大型百货——高岛屋、LUMINE和SOGO，涵盖高端美妆、时尚服饰和生活小物，血拼完步行就能回酒店，省时又省力。酒店对面就是热闹的美食街，汇聚各类日式料理、小吃，从平价快餐到精致正餐应有尽有，不用特意找店就能解锁地道美味。
房间宽敞程度远超预期，作为日本商务酒店来说格外出众，完全能轻松打开两个30寸行李箱，平铺摆放也不拥挤，动线流畅，不会有局促感，同行两人住得十分舒心。浴室采用干湿分离设计，洗漱、淋浴互不干扰，干净整洁，细节处尽显贴心，大大提升了居住体验。
整体来说，地理位置、房间舒适度、周边配套都无可挑剔，不管是购物出行还是休闲度假都十分合适，下次来横滨一定还会定这家。
方便，横滨站西口出来很近（注意很多个西口出口，大家要找一下了）楼下有药妆店和全家，但去横滨站楼下更多选择。
酒店前台有洗面奶卸妆保湿乳液剃须膏等用品，可以每次取1.2包非常方便，早知道自己就懒得带这些出门了。🤣
前台可以日语，英语，听不懂也没关系，他们也有翻译器。11点前退房，下午我们3点去到可以安排入住。前台能寄存行李。
房间空间够放2—3个行李箱，每天可以在电视上第二天是否清洁，或者只换必需品，挺环保的。4楼有自助洗衣，我每天都洗一轮，少量衣服洗烘是400日元，还不错。
酒店非常的不错。距离横滨站很近。二层就是烧鸟。超爱日本的鸟贵族。自助入住，语言不通的话，稍有不便。其他都很完美。周边购物超方便。

房间在日本快捷酒店中算比较大的，卫生间干湿分离，有浴缸，前台有浴盐，化妆品小样，离JR站近，周边吃的店很多，比较推荐。
横滨站附近的酒店，横滨站是大站，多条地铁出行非常方便，去镰仓和东京都只需要30分钟左右。附近商超超级多，地下商城四通八达，附近有罗森和7-11，食其家，还有药妆店，高岛屋和崇光在酒店一左一右，步行几分钟就可到（图一图二是早晨在房间里拍的）。酒店早餐不错，特别是拌菜很美味，可打包外带咖啡。洗漱品有卸妆油、洗面奶、爽肤水、乳液，还有发圈（这点很赞很贴心）。干净安静的城市，性价比超高的酒店，下次有机会再来。
