Meher villa The resort is a hidden gem in Lonavla. After a couple of hours drive from Mumbai- the gradual incline of the Ghats- the winding drive through narrow paths - Lo and behold you come across this tranquil spot. The place makes the journey worthwhile. For our four-legged furry angels, it was a dream vacation as they had the run of the property. Total freedom amounting to total dhamaal. For humans, it is a perfect place to relax and unwind as you watch the sun go down in the distant horizon; eat sumptuous and lip smacking meals prepared by an excellent cook; attended to by well mannered staff. Most importantly, Mr. Z. Irani was conscientious and met with each of the guests personally. The rooms are spacious equipped with a TV and fridge and the property is fenced. There is something for everyone- the peace and quiet one hungers for in the city and the fun and frolic of the swimming pool, the badminton court or the leisurely strolls around the property on well manicured lawns. Highly recommended for the two legged and for their four legged furry angels for a quick, tranquil and safe getaway from the city.

Meher Villa is a perfect get away in Lonavala where one can go with family , friends and small children alike. The rooms are well maintained, the pool is adequate and the lawns make for a fun place. The food is decent and the staff is very helpful. Will be definitely going often there .

Owned by a Parsi gentleman. Had gone in a group tour by Ecstasy Excursions. Excellent arrangements at the resort. Cozy cottages with TV and can accommodate family of 4. Property is pet friendly. Has a swimming pool and indoor games. Highly recommend this place

It's a decent place which is well maintained. It's great if you have kids as the splash pool would be fun for them. Food is good They have WiFi, tv, fridge, hot water etc. Staff are very helpful However the approach road to get to the villa around the last 200 odd meters is in a very bad shape. It's not an easy place to drive in and out at will.
