I selected the hotel because it is located close to my daughter's home. I was taken aback when I entered the room. I was not ready for the minimalistic decor. It may be modern but not comfortable surroundings to me. The staff was kind and friendly but I felt I was on my own. I think I'll stay at the Hampton next time even though it is across town.

Most rude manager ever
Manager, Lisa was one of the most rude employees I have come in contact with in many years. My daughter ask about early check in since we got there a little early, and was told that if she wanted in early she should have booked the day before. THAT IS THE MOST Ridiculous thing I have ever heard.

Parking was a challenge. The lot was full and there were several large construction trucks taking up multiple spaces for one vehicle. The property was clean and comfortable but I will probably stay elsewhere next just to not deal with the stress of worrying about my car getting damaged when all the construction vehicles left in the morning. I didn’t have any issues just couldn’t truly rest due to worrying about my car.

Love the Tru by Hilton in Farmville. This is our go to hotel when in town for HSC events. I don't like to stay anywhere else.

Out of touch wedding
We have stayed at many Tru by Hilton hotels over the past few years. This was the least clean. Our bathroom floor has hair and pieces of lint all over it.
The stay was good as we were not at the hotel much.
The staff were vey welcoming both days.

The walls are very thin and problem sleeping when people turn their TV on. you can hear noisefrom the doors opening and closing. they have no dressers what the hell I had to leave my clothes out on a shelf.

Good for a quick stop
Nice experience but room could use a good deep cleaning. Staff was appreciative when it was brought to their attention. Within walking distance to several restaurants.

Very low water pressure in the shower and only personal shower worked...not main shower. Housekeeping Schedule not adequate. Refrigerator too small and no freezer. No drawers to unpack into. Guests have to put liners in the trash cans. A/C could not keep up during the day. Loud gossiping by employees at breakfast disturbing. Very noisy guests into late night above us. Would not stay there again or recommend it.

I highly recommend this hotel. My stay was enjoyable, with friendly staff and very clean rooms. The only improvement I’d suggest is offering more breakfast options, though the food was still good. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely return. I give it an A+ rating.
