Terrible experience. Multiple issues with the direct billing. The front desk has zero hospitality. When I called while working to ensure the billing issue was resolved, no one answered the phone. As a business traveler, I would avoid this hotel.

Drama, a lot of sad, pathetic drama. A female manager working here had a niece who also worked there while i was staying at the hotel. I say "had" because the niece no longer works there due to her frequency of sleeping with at least one hotel guest. This all became light while I was staying there and other guests were seeing it as well. Integrity anyone?

The hotel is ok, but service is weak to nonexistent. Just on the other side of the freeway are three other hotels which are about 1/3 less in price than this one with no noticeable difference in quality or standard. You'll get a free continental breakfast there too.

I stayed here with friends last spring and while here, one of our vehicles was broken into and we had our things stolen. Surprisingly this place (with the Fairfield Inn connected), has no security overnight or surveillance cameras looking over a very large parking lot. You would think 2 hotels sharing 1 parking lot would be reason enough for security. I guess not justifiable for them.

The rooms are always great, issue with the living room tv, but staff addressed it ASAP which is always a plus at this hotel. I would say it could have been cleaned better, no trash bags for trash cans and I just felt it was not thoroughly cleaned as in past stays. I always bring my own Lysol and wipes so I didn’t address it. I love this location and the friendly staff so for our date nights I go back every time if we just want a relaxing evening, to sit on the patio enjoy some champagne and take a break from the week.

Everything was great except the pool area. Water was standing around entire pool. Old pool towels were laying around soaked.

The shower LOOKS nice but the drain is INCREDIBLY loud and the water splatters outside leaving the floor very wet. The mattresses are cheap and worn out. My kids rolled into the center because they’re so worn out. Everything else is great.
