The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The rooms could use a bit of updating, as my first room had a musty odor and I requested to switch. The second room still had a slight smell, but it wasn’t as noticeable. I think it may have been due to the heat outside and the AC not blowing strongly at first. I let the front desk know, and they promptly sent someone to check it out. By the time I returned, everything was resolved and comfortable. The only other thing I’d note is that the shower could use some updating to feel more modern and refreshed.

I will most definitely stay here again!!!!! The staff is super nice and helpful, on every shift. The hotel is clean. My room was big, clean, comfortable and quiet.

Comfortable stay!!

The room was very comfortable, clean, and modern. One little issue I had is whenever anyone was in the room above mine, I would hear stomping or loud noises come through the ceiling. Also-I requested my room to be cleaned and it wasn’t touched after I returned from the park I was visiting. I made sure to let the front desk know and they fixed it quickly and efficiently!! Amenities were plentiful, bed was comfortable, decent storage space in room, and bathroom was modern and clean. Microwave and fridge were a nice touch in room along with drink bar :). Hotel front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. I appreciate them doing all they did to make sure my stay was a comfortable one and they delivered. I definitely want to stay again-rating is 100% and this hotel will make sure your stay has value and quality in mind!!!!
