The hotel room was extremely dirty, the floor haven’t been cleaned or mopped, the towels are all stained with dirty marks , the shower was clogged to the point that the water remained in the tub for over 8 hours , the room access card stopped working the very next day of the check in and there wasn’t a personal to help with a new card

The only positive thing about our stay was the area. The hotel smelled like pot and was very poor kept. The elevevator floor was grudgy and it smelled like feces inside of it. The room was clean but we left a box of donuts on the counter and found there were roaches. Definitely never returning here.

There’s no breakfast here as mentioned on the website. I didn’t see any staff at the front office from 8pm when I had a question or 7am when I checked out.

这简直是一次糟糕透顶的经历,一切都糟透了!
1. 他们告诉我们没有空房,其他客人也遇到了同样的情况。
2. 仅有的几间房也还没打扫。
3. 我们不得不等。
4. 那三间脏房间都是双人间,没有能住下三位成人加一个小孩的房间。
5. 他们给了我们一间还没打扫的房间,然后把床单扔给我们,让我们自己换。
6. 另外一间房灯是坏的,他们居然还想收我们那间房的钱。最后,凌晨两点才给我们安排了两间房,一间脏的,一间没灯的,还没收第二间房的钱。绝对不会再来第二次了,这简直像科幻片一样荒谬!
酒店真的很一般,一股味道,没有吹风机,问了前台以及打扫清洁员都没有,能说啥呢……
好吧,我能说什么呢,我住了两个晚上,从第一天起,我们就看到房间地板、走廊和电梯里一片肮脏,到处都是狗的味道,当我们决定使用电视时,HDMI 电缆被偷了,我丈夫打电话给他们,他们试过,但遥控器却没有反应,他们有遥控器,第一天没有热水,其他几天都有,这就是我们没有说什么的原因,住在楼上的人睡觉时发出太大的噪音,我想,当他该起床时,他已经睡着了,听到楼上和走廊里有那么多滑动门的声音真是令人绝望。无论如何,我只是喜欢它有一个炉子和一个大冰箱,床很舒服,并且有足够的空间可以伸展。
