There’s no breakfast here as mentioned on the website. I didn’t see any staff at the front office from 8pm when I had a question or 7am when I checked out.

I first entered room 313 at roughly 7pm. At the time, nothing felt off, apart from the old food aroma on the common areas and the room. I came back at about 1:30 in the morning and when I entered the room, I found about twenty cockroaches, big and small, all over the kitchen and the floor. I had not left any food inside the room, apart from an unopened bottle of water. We took pictures of the roaches and called in, but they did not want to move us to another room nor refund us. They didn’t try to help and didn’t recommend any alternatives to stay the night in. Neither costumer service nor hotel property staff bothered to show up. The main costumer service line failed to provide any solution whatsoever. Me and my husband had to figure out where to stay with our two kids last minute, and ended up almost having to sleep in the car. Awful experience. We have already reached out to ******* they have been very helpful. We are expecting a refund.

Disgraceful
Facility was dirty. Elevator was shut down in the weekend and at night. Only received one towel and one washcloth and had to take them downstairs to the front desk to get any more. Room was not cleaned the 5 days we were there and thank goodness we had had to leave early due to an emergency.All sorts of people all over the facility parking area at all hours not staying there, way too much traffic going on!

6. 另外一间房灯是坏的,他们居然还想收我们那间房的钱。最后,凌晨两点才给我们安排了两间房,一间脏的,一间没灯的,还没收第二间房的钱。绝对不会再来第二次了,这简直像科幻片一样荒谬!

好吧,我能说什么呢,我住了两个晚上,从第一天起,我们就看到房间地板、走廊和电梯里一片肮脏,到处都是狗的味道,当我们决定使用电视时,HDMI 电缆被偷了,我丈夫打电话给他们,他们试过,但遥控器却没有反应,他们有遥控器,第一天没有热水,其他几天都有,这就是我们没有说什么的原因,住在楼上的人睡觉时发出太大的噪音,我想,当他该起床时,他已经睡着了,听到楼上和走廊里有那么多滑动门的声音真是令人绝望。无论如何,我只是喜欢它有一个炉子和一个大冰箱,床很舒服,并且有足够的空间可以伸展。
