The staff are extremely helpful and nice. They all have smiles on their faces. The bed was so comfortable, I just fall asleep before I knew it. Now the most important part of my stay was the food. Every meal at the restaurant was amazing. I stayed for 9 days and I had a different meal each dinner. The soups were delicious and the samosas were scrumptious. I’ll definitely return to the heritage.

Extremely friendly staff and lovely place! A garden and pool on the premises. Each meal was served with a smile and were incredibly delicious! My favorite was the soup of the day! I would highly recommend Heritage Serendib Hotel for those coming for a visit to Malawi!

The staff were so very attentive to our needs. Each day the food was freshly cooked and delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed our staff! Make sure to stop by the coffee shop! The fresh breads & pastries were wonderful. A fresh latte was a fantastic start to our day. Also, make sure to walk through the beautifully maintained garden. We had our final meal served in the garden and it was the perfect ending to our trip!

The rooms is excellent food is excellent.in the future will come stay here again and will recomend people to visit here.staff is very helpfull and friendly, they go out of there way to make your stay pleasant.the garden out side is nice feature to the hotel.

Ask us about the ingredients we don't like. For example paper which is supposed to be eaten by choice and it is not healthy for people like me. And the food is should be charged by quantity because the food is too much and it pains when we leave food here

The trip was amazing we came here for a mission trip and we also came here to get together with the lord !! It definitely was an amazing experience I love everyone in Malawi !! Will definitely come back

Serindib in Limbe is always my go to spot for 2-3 week work trips. The accommodations are more modest but the staff are amazing! Always going above and beyond to ensure you’re happy and comfortable. The garden area is beautiful and the cafe is great… delicious cappuccinos and pastries. Amazing live music and an Indian buffet on Friday nights as well. Love this place.
