我的房间里有只蟑螂（我有照片为证），因为我是通过*******预订的，他们给了我一晚汉普顿的积分。这可是我这么多年来第一次订酒店，因为我没那么多钱去旅行。周日早上前台小姐告诉我，酒店可以全额退款，但我却把积分记在一个我永远用不上的账户上。
