Wow what a fantastic place to stay! Location is superb with the roof terrace overlooking the colosseum which is a great place to unwind after all the sightseeing The hotel is situated in an apartment block with fabulous rooms ours had the biggest bed we’ve ever slept in and and a very very large shower ! Breakfast was brought to your room and was delicious Frederica the host was very knowledgeable about different aspects of Rome that only locals know Location as mentioned is phenomenal not only is it so close to the colosseum that you feel you could touch it , there’s a metro station only three mins walk away .The trevi fountain is about 20 mins walk away All in all I don’t think you could choose a better place to stay for your trip to Rome

I booked this because of the location. It went well beyond my expectations. To start, Frederica emailed prior to arrival asking if she could arrange transportation (she offers this service for all guests). We arrived to find a private, professional driver (similar cost to taxi) holding a sign with my name. drove us to hotel. Where Frederica greeted us with a refreshing fresh juice & Prosecco. We arrived to early for check in however, we were able to freshen up and drop off luggage. Could not have ask for a better location. Centrally located. Easy walking distance to everything. We had wine watching the sunset on the rooftop porch and breakfast overlooking the Colosseum. We spent 1 night in Rome but hope to come back in the future and plan to stay here again. Truly amazing and highly recommend.

The hotel is located 2 mins from the Colosseum and from our room you can see the Colosseum. Room is just amazing….big room, clean, comfortable bed, beautiful red wines to purchase in the room. You have to experience the room for your self to appreciate it. All I can say is…when you walk into your room the “WOW” factor just takes over. The owner Federica can’t do enough to ensure you have Ann amazing stay at the hotel and also Rome. She took her time advising us which restaurants to visit, where to visit and how to get there. We stayed her for 4 nights and we just wish we could be here longer. If you are ever in Rome and wish to have the WOW factor and an unforgettable stay….this is the place. I have travelled all around the world for business and personal, I can confidently say that this hotel is one of the very best that we have stayed in. We wish to return to Rome next year and, without hesitation we will return to this hotel. It is worth every cent.

We went to 3 countries for our honeymoon last week. Let me tell you, this place was our favorite!! Federica made it so special for us!! She was prompt on responding to anything we needed, breakfast every morning, booking our transportation and even leaving champagne in our room for us! We felt so pampered and not to mention the room and the views were something out of a story book! Bed is comfortable and the room was clean. Highly recommend this place over a hotel. It won’t disappoint!! Thank you Federica!! We will return. Xo

What a treat! From arrival to departure was an absolute treat. The room, the surreal coliseum view, the location to the city hub, breakfast, staff the whole deal was amazing. Kim met us and went through best places to eat, getting around, buying tickets, etc
