My experience at Lucky’s Hostel in Pucón was very disappointing. From the beginning, the treatment was distant and unwelcoming. No one explained how the facilities worked or offered a tour, so I had to figure everything out on my own. The heating was inadequate in the mornings, there were no basic supplies like napkins, and they even charged extra for towels. While the other guests were very friendly, the owner, Sebastián, had a judgmental attitude that made me feel uncomfortable. To top it off, they charged me 25 dollars for losing a key, which I found to be an excessive fee. All in all, I would not recommend this hostel.

Very convenient location
It was a beautiful experience. First of all, location is very good, just few walks from grocery market, 2 blocks from the center of Pucon. If you are arriving earlier, make sure to call ahead so someone can open you the door. They also have a common lobby and kitchen so you can stay longer after checking out until your departure.

This hostel was more than expected. It was very comfortable, in a very convenient area close to the beach and to restaurants/shops. It was very clean and the breakfast was amazing. We would recommend this place, 10/10!

Absolutely lovely hostel. Owner was very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Room was lovely with good quality, sturdy bunks (no creaking or broken ladders that you sometimes find). Air conditioning unit was a bonus too, as we went in later winter so still nippy at night and we apprecited the controllable heating! Nicely located on a quiet street, but still just a short walk from town centre. Would definitely recommend!!

Stayed here with my teenage son for 9 days. Comfortable, clean and well maintained accommodation in a good location in Pucon. Esperanza and Sebastian are great host; friendly, relaxed and always prepared to help and provide advise and recommendations.

La atención por parte de los colaboradores y de los dueños fue muy hospitalaria, además la habitación esta bien equipada y los desayunos son increíbles. Debo mencionar que Sebastian siempre estuvo pendiente de los requerimientos, dando consejos de lugares que visitar, en resumen 100% recomendado.
圣诞节期间，我们和两个孩子住在 Luckys Hostal 旅馆，永远不会忘记我们在那里的时光。这绝对是我们整个旅程迄今为止最好的旅馆。一切都很干净，每个人都超级友好和乐于助人，早餐非常美味。我们绝对会随时回来。感谢您度过了愉快的时光！
