The room was nice but small, and there was a nice shop downstairs, which, despite exorbitant prices like $10 for a large Reese's peanut butter cup, had a good selection of food. We paid for a Premier room, but we weren't sure what was different about it than the Deluxe room. Most of the receptionists were extremely nice and helpful. However, I had brought a different credit card to check out than the one I had used to book the hotel. I didn't think I would need to pay until I checked out, but, apparently, they charge your card for amenities each morning instead of all at once at the end of your stay. I got numerous emails on the first morning to come down to the desk "right away" because there was a problem for my first card. That receptionist looked at me like I was an insect because my other card hadn't gone through. She made me feel really embarrassed even though I had plenty of money on my other card that I had planned to use for my stay. I also thought having to pay $15 for Wifi on each of our phones and laptops per day was ridiculous. The prices to watch a movie on the TV were outrageous too. They charged $25 each to watch 10-year-old movies like Inside Out. Housekeeping took out our trash and made our beds but didn't refresh our towels, which was disappointing.

No the breakfast was terrible for 40 dollars. Chewy tasteless pancakes egges was meh bacon was ok. Will definitely go out for breakfast n3xt time.

Beautiful hotel! So large with so many amenities. Restaurant with really good food, coffee shop, pastries shop, breakfast and lunch sandwich shop and a convenient grocery store. Room was very clean and comfortable and service staff were so friendly and helpful.

We came for Bourbon and Beyond and it was hot, we loved the reprieve at the pool. Drinks were expensive.

我和妻子上周末入住路易斯维尔奥姆尼酒店，对这次住宿体验非常失望。从我们抵达的那一刻起，情况就不妙。酒店给我们安排了一间双皇后房，这并非我们想要的，但由于酒店超额预订，而且我们是通过*******（第三方）预订的，所以酒店没有优先安排我们入住。我们好不容易才把空调的问题抛到脑后，结果整晚空调都发出嗡嗡的隆隆声，断断续续的（我晚上多次拍了视频）。更糟糕的是，早上我去洗澡，发现根本没有热水。我妻子下楼去前台投诉。前台再次告诉我房间已经订满了，不能换房，但会有人来修。结果问题始终没有解决。我们外出期间，收到客房服务发来的短信，说他们会来打扫房间。大约6个小时后我们回来，发现房间还没打扫。客房服务最终在下午5点半左右来了，但我们当时已经开始洗澡准备出门，所以就婉拒了。
那天晚上我又一次下楼投诉空调问题，前台再次回复说会有人来修。这次我们确实收到了一条短信，说空调已经修好了。然而，晚上11点左右我们回来时，发现空调其实是关着的。什么都没有。从未有过这样的经历。这是我第一次也是最后一次入住路易斯奥比斯酒店。
