If you’re thinking about staying at the Omni Louisville Hotel—do it! We stayed here for my son’s 7th birthday, and the experience was wonderful. The staff was amazing, especially Lorena at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make my son feel special. We truly appreciated her kindness. The room, food, and location were all excellent. Highly recommend!

Was able to check in 30 minutes early. Received a frew drink coucher for each person in my party for one drink upto 25. That was very nice!

Excellent hotel! Very clean, tons of spaces to hang out (multiple bars etc). Staff was very nice! Will return if ever in the area again!

We had a great stay! Our room was prefect, clean and comfortable. The only bummer was that the hot tub was out of service during our visit.

THERE ARE NO ROOM SERVICE FOOD OPTIONS ON A SATURDAY NIGHT PAST 10:00PM. Shocked to discover this at this hotel- given its overall presence, brand, and location.
***Other than that, a pretty nice hotel to stay in- but be aware of the food situation. A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.

没有拖鞋、牙刷牙膏，这些需要自带，其他的都有的，服务也很好，房间有叫餐服务，还有咖啡机和熨衣板
这个酒店非常nice，强推，前台Maria女士非常善良友好帮助我们很多
这家市中心酒店价格偏高，但服务却与价格不符。代客泊车速度很慢。我们提前打了电话，10分钟后下楼，结果他们竟然忘了派人来取车。通过*******预订的房间也与实际情况不符（预订的是大床房，结果给了我们双皇后房）。前台工作人员没有采取任何措施来弥补这次降级。我们在非高峰时段（晚上8点）点了客房服务。点了一份甜点，被告知30分钟送达。结果等了45分钟以上，而且食物非常难吃（布朗尼蛋糕硬得像石头，味道也很差）。这家酒店很漂亮，我们之前也多次入住，但遗憾的是，它现在变得安于现状，以后肯定会因此而受到影响。
