Hands down the best continental breakfast a hotel can offer. Penny and the ladies were extremely sweet and helpful. They whipped up an amazing breakfast everyday we were there. That alone would make me come back anytime we’re in Atlanta. Keep up the good work ladies, you are very much appreciated. Great customer service, cleanliness, and overall a great experience.

We had booked the hotel as part of a a Civil War tour. The hotel was as the embarking point of the tour.
Mimi the evening desk clerk was beyond exceptional. Friendly and attentive she greeted every person entering the hotel with a smile and a hello. She should be elevated to a management position. What a great person.
The rest of the desk attendants barely acknowledged your presence as they were too busy with their face in the computer screen or chatting with other employees.
Also finding out that there was a charge on the bill when checking out for daily parking was a surprise considering I didn’t have a car on the premises!

The bed was very comfy, the duvet was not very soft but the end was nice. Room was very spacious.

I would not stay there again. I woke up to bed bugs on me..and yes I took pictures. I did not even sleep under any covers. I was completely uncomfortable and did not rest well at all.

Staff was great and very professional; great experience during check-in/check-out and breakfast on both days was top-notch;
hotel advertised bathtub/showers which we did not get; room was “worn out;” chipped paint on one corner of room, worn circles on headboards, stains on sofa & carpet was dirty; and ice machine did not work on our floor- very disappointing for the money we spent for room
