There is only one person working the front desk. The phone in the room can't dial the front desk. Cell phone calls to the front desk are not answered. The TV has no way to change inputs, so this hotel is not business friendly.

We spent a the July 4th week here. It was lovely. Everything about this hotel was lovely. Room service was on point. The restaurant is next to the outside patio with a firepit. That alone was enough to have many romantic moments for my husband & I to connect. My son loved the gym, restaurant and pool. He's 17 yrs old. He left us many times to explore the city.
