Great hotel . The stuff at Burger Theory can be better trained on customer service. Parking . Not enough parking close enough. Had to park so far away

Security. Having to use key cards to operate elevators, felt safer. Rooms were upkept nicely and beds and linen were comfortable

I was unable to cancel a hotels. Dot com mistake reservation so I paid for a room.I didn't use

We spent a the July 4th week here. It was lovely. Everything about this hotel was lovely. Room service was on point. The restaurant is next to the outside patio with a firepit. That alone was enough to have many romantic moments for my husband & I to connect. My son loved the gym, restaurant and pool. He's 17 yrs old. He left us many times to explore the city.

前台人员在顾客等待服务时总是打电话。电梯太吵，无法入睡。他们需要修理它。电梯整晚都在上下移动，感觉就像有人在钉地板
