Staff were nice.
Room was clean. Body soap pump was not working. Housekeeper changed whole body soap next day as I requested.
Amenities were great. Was able to get in hot tub.
Breakfast was good. 1st day sausage link, white egg vegetable omelette, hot tea/coffee,
Oatmeal, yogurt, cereal and milk, pancake, bagels and toast, orange juice, chocolate milk…mote option.
Cinnamon roll was good.
Next morning, there was sausage biscuits, scrambled eggs and bacon instead of sausage and omelet and the rest were the same.
Over all, I would do stay again!!

The room was cleaned and the bed was very comfy! Customer service is 5 star I was treated like a princess walking through the door; I got a free room upgrade for becoming a member. Everything is around so you don’t have to travel far. The area is very quiet!!

热水浴缸总是挤满了人，晚上11点才关门。他们既不消毒也不清洁。早上有人去的时候，浴缸里像个浑浊的绿色池塘，像是乌龟吐出来的水。我订的“套房”本该是酒店里最好的房间，结果却长满了霉菌。浴室没有通风，这正是霉菌滋生的原因。他们根本不打扫。
淋浴间里到处都是别人的头发和霉菌。
床单和枕头上到处都是别人的化妆品。
狗整夜狂吠。
早餐糟透了。
没有浴缸。它是固定的并且只有淋浴。
我上次访问美国已经有一段时间了，所以我没有考虑过浴室的情况。
我基本满意。早餐很一般，如果你想吃一顿丰盛的早餐，你可能会失望。
糟糕透顶的客户服务！
电梯坏了，而我们的房间在四楼。因为我们是通过你们预订的，所以他们什么都不肯帮忙。既不给我们换房间，也没有任何补偿或优惠。他们的态度甚至都极其恶劣！！！
