Did not get the 2 Queen bed room I had booked months in advance. They told me they had none left. Why would you give away a room someone reserved months in advance? This defeats the whole purpose of a reservation. My friend had to sleep on the couch. They did off money off the room which I did appreciate. The TV was not working. When we reported it they said someone could come look at it by 12am but if not, they would offer an additional discount. No one came so we reported it the next day and they did fix it. Shower head was not working properly and they did come fix it. All the staff were very kind and friendly. The hotel was clean. Housekeeping would always smile and greet you in the hall. They never did come for housekeeping in our room, however, but that was not a big deal as we only had a 2 night stay. Breakast was pretty good and a lot of nice seating availability which is rare at many other hotels. What really frustrated me is I mentioned the additional discount offered over the TV issue when I checked out and she offered $20 off to which I agreed. As I went to leave she had me come back and recharged me the $20. She argued I already had the discount applied. I tried explaining that was the original discount for the room mishap, and the TV discount was a separate issue and she kept insisting it was already applied. When I looked at my receipt, it had not been applied so she took the $20 and recharged what I was supposed to have discounted.

This property is well-kept and managed. It's been recently renovated so everything about it is lovely. The location is very convenient to a variety of food, shopping and major throughfares, but is also safe, quiet, ample parking and has a walking path. Staff is responsive and very helpful. Breakfast is what you would expect from Hampton, yet it would be nice to have more variety than the same baked goods, fruit (bananas, please), flavors of yogurt, etc. every day - I was there for three days. I also missed the usual hardboiled eggs as did others asking for them. Other than that, this location will be my go-to when I visit my mom in the area (I have stayed at two other Hampton Inn locations nearby).

Breakfast options were not great at all. Front desk staff wasn’t great on check-in. Lady was very concerned about talking on her cell phone. Front staff at check-out were great! Property is in amazing condition. Good location!

Staff was super friendly and room was super clean! Only complaint was it was a little warm in our room with the air turned to the highest setting but I would stay again.

Our room was so big it felt like a little suite. It was spacious, I should say. It was clean and the hotel itself had great staff. The breakfast was good and the setup/eating area was also nice! The coffee was great. I loved the area where we stayed because it was close enough to downtown. We had great food options around us and we were near the main stores I would need if I needed anything (Target, TJ Maxx, etc) there was also a GREAT brewery like 5 minutes away that had amazing food and drinks! Would stay here again.
