Checkin and checkout was easy… the cabin was horrible, putrid stench in room .. cabinetry was rotten from moisture, a disgrace to rent this place out!

Rude management, especially the lady. Multiple issues that were handled poorly, and/or dealt with in a reactive way. Or we were made to feel like an inconvenience when we were the ones inconvenienced and had to spend hours trying to deal with issues to make our stay more comfortable.

Shocking experience. Not enough rubbish bins. The shower and toilets are dirty, in need of renovations , taps were loose and very odd so difficult to control. The grounds are unkept. Not enough shade. And way way too many sites per sq metres. You are on top of one another. Making it noisy and absolutely no Privacy. One night is enough I m leaving early.

We had a great time once again and found the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed on a deluxe site which was handy for the water park and smaller amenities block. The site wasn't enormous but it was big enough for our caravan and annex to be set up. Hardly any flies and mozzies around! The amenities were kept pretty clean overall considering it was peak season. Our family love the water slides so much! we love how you don't get sprayed and dumped on going up to the slides like at other splash parks! It means you don't get so freezing cold and can use the slides even on a not-so-hot day!

Had a great cabin right near the pool. Unfortunately weather wasnt kind however we still did not need to leave the park with plenty for the kids to do. the 3 different styles of cabins we had were all great clean and spacious with everything you need. The amenities were good, with two pools and the Water Park. Playground and boke track and jumping pillow very populat and great way for kids to socialise. Lots of large family groups meant some sections were very noisy into the night. Kids loved the GoKarts, not the parents who had to pedal so much lol Will definately stay agina - did not have to leave they even had a small takeaway open a couple of nights and a Gin Tasting. Great place to go

Great place to stay. I can’t believe some of the previous bad reviews, some people cannot be pleased. Staff here are lovely. Caravan sites are big. Amenities are clean. If you have kids, swimming pools, water slides, mini golf, incredible. A big park and it was pretty full, but quiet, no noise complaints. Love this place.

I have left the below email as a response for a ‘please leave a review’ email & have received no answer. I’m not one for writing public reviews and more so sorting it out privately, but the customer service or lack there of with my concerns as a paying customer has been less than impressive. “I wasn’t going to say anything as they say ‘you get what you pay for’, but after receiving this email I feel it’s in the best interest of you as a business and future guests to bring the below to your attention. After being regulars for the last few years, in various forms of your accommodation, we were disappointed to find an untidy cabin with appliances that do not work. We feel the cabin was ‘half done’ when it came to pre check in cleaning. My husband swept what we feel is a disgusting amount of debris on the floor, for a cabin that should have been cleaned thoroughly before the next guests. We felt the toilet cleaner in the toilet was a missed mistake, but upon finding the above with the floor we just feel the cleaning was half done. We went to cook dinner last night on the cooker provided to no avail. Turning it on at the PowerPoint & then to turn it on at the cooker, absolutely nothing worked, no lights, no power, no heat. I feel in today’s day and age, although it was the cheapest option, we were still paying for a clean cabin with working appliances and don’t feel what was described, is what we paid for.”
首先，我想说明一下，我和妻子都是经验丰富的露营车爱好者，我们拥有露营车已有35余年。自2010年退休以来，我们游历了澳大利亚各地，只选择住在露营地，而不是自由露营。我们在你们的露营地预订了一个“高级带独立卫浴的营位”，为期一周。当时的市场价是每晚66澳元，但我们通过特价活动以更低的价格预订了营位。独立卫浴本身现代、干净且空间宽敞，我们对此非常满意。然而，露营地本身却令人极其失望。地面不平整，需要将露营车调平。营位非常狭窄，我们勉强才能把车和露营车停进去，很多时候我们只能把车停在马路对面的空位上。营位没有任何水泥地面，只有泥土、细碎石和一小块稀疏的草地，草地凹凸不平，走在上面很不舒服。想找到一块平整的地方摆放我们的户外餐桌本身就是一次冒险。与其他露营地相比，这个营地简直糟糕透了。更可笑的是，那些普通的带电营位看起来还不错，大多数都有水泥板，而且地面平整。
公共厕所设施陈旧、破败且肮脏。半夜去上厕所，里面一片漆黑，根本没法开灯。有些隔间被锁上了，门闩从里面插着。想象一下，如果有人晕倒在厕所里，门闩又插在里面，你根本救不出来。
必须更加努力
下午5:15到达公园，却发现办公室关门了。幸好还有人在，我趴在窗边的时候就出来了。他们给我发了一条短信（第二天才收到），告诉我钥匙在哪里。我去了一间小屋，里面没有锁，墙壁又脏又破，角质层也好不到哪里去。小屋又湿又冷。浴室就像80年代的那种。幸好我们第二天整天都在外面，很晚才回来，而且很乱，所以睡觉没问题，但因为房间很冷，所以醒得很早。我会再来吗……不会！
