Cleanliness of bathroom. Shower had great hot water, but when using the shower head, it whistled as you turn the faucet and the whole time you used it.

The room was gross. The pullout sofa was had dirty sheets and trash underneath. Black spots noted on the bottom side of the cushions when we removed them from the sofa. The bathroom was patched back together after what I assume was a leak. The bathroom was gross. Not sure the last time the floor was mopped.
While getting out of our car we were approached by a homeless man asking for money.
Don’t recommend this place.

Room had repairs so you could still see that work was done, just a little eye sore in the bathroom but other than that everything was fine.

Room was okay. Curtains had dirty spots on them, floor in bathroom was dirty, and a man walked into my room while I was getting dressed. No knocking nor did he offer an apology.

Our room was clean and comfortable.
Staff was very friendly and made check in and out easy.
I would stay again.

Room was dirty toilet still had somebody else poop in it will never recommend this hotel to nobody it was just dirty tried to get my money back for this trip

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was okay but had few options. Only 1 kind of mini muffins and limited cereal.
My biggest issue is that they charged me for the room 2 times after I paid through *******. When I tried to explain to the manager, he blew me off, insisting he had refunded my money BUT he had only refunded 1 of the 2 $54.60 charges. The charges happened when the person at the desk charged the pet fee of $25, at check in. So instead of refunding me $109.20, he refunded me only $54.60! If he had just let me show him on my phone and listened to me, I wouldn’t be overcharged and furious!

Breakfast disappointment
We chose this hotel for the free breakfast and were so excited for the waffles! Breakfast was not as advertised. No waffles, no fruit, no oatmeal or grits. Two cereals, a couple of muffins and some bread is all that was available. Next time we’ll stay somewhere else - waste of a stay.
