We had 2 rooms. Desk attendant was super nice and helpful. One of our rooms did not have heat - they moved us to a different room. Then that heater stopped working and needed to be reset. My son took a shower and said the water never got past barely lukewarm. For the price of rooms and being a Hilton - little disappointing.

Rooms were clean but bedding smells sour. Both rooms we booked was the same. Nice place but that was a problem because we didn’t sleep well

New hotel and room clean/fresh. Parking excellent and free. Very friendly staff. Rooms slightly loud from neighbors. Absolutely no hot water and no hot water pressure in sink or shower, which was annoying.

Expected a continental breakfast, but it wasn’t available for members who aren’t on the top tier.

I booked this hotel because of the amenities. Bar/restaurant. When we arrived we were informed that the restaurant/ bar were not open because the staff did not show up. To say we were not happy is an understatement. We traveled hundreds of miles and were tired and did not want to leave the premise. Our shower doors would not stay shut. Next time I'm looking to book a hotel, Hilton Garden's will not be on my list.

Great place for a stay!
This was a trip with my Sun Conure for an emergency vet visit, I would also be remote working while there. The room was very clean and well set up for my purposes. The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to be accommodating. They also all made such a fuss over Miss Charlie, often asking to take pics. We loved it!
There is lots of food and shopping options in the area, a lot are even walkable.
