The hotel itself is fine. Located btwn both FSU and FAMU campuses, walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, even a Publix. But the bed was quite hard, bath towels were small and rough. And the free breakfast was pretty lackluster.

Very nice property and convenient for business at FSU and A & M. Extremely clean. Great breakfast. Only thing is $20 a night to self park a car was unusual for this kind of hotel and especially at the time I was there, seemed unnecessary.

To clarify about the parking fee, this is because of where we are located in the city. Any of the hotels that are located within the Collegetown district or Capitol district will require a parking fee due to limited availability of parking in the area. For our hotel specifically, we only have the exact number of spaces as we do rooms. We can sell out on any given day of the week, as we do regularly depending on what's happening in the city. If a family is traveling with more than one car on a sold-out night, then our parking situation can go from "seeming unnecessary" to "very necessary" in a heartbeat. Once again, we do appreciate your feedback and are thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay! We hope the parking fee isn't something that will deter you from staying with us again in the future though!

It's a hotel with very clean rooms, the room looked recently remodeled, and the breakfast was very good and varied. My children and I enjoyed staying at this hotel.

This hotel is disgustingly overpriced for the average at best accommodations they provide. Then they tack on a $20 per night shelf parking charge for their outdoor lot. Completely not worth the money. We have stayed in better hotels in the area for a much fairer price and much nicer facilities.

环境：也挺不错的，而且还有自助早餐，种类比较丰富，非常喜欢早餐的草莓芝士，抹在贝果上非常好吃
早餐太简单了，一位女前台服务一般，窗户不能开很闷
周边环境差点，其它都很好
