This my family and I second time staying at the Hampton’s. From the outside appearance to the interior, it was immaculate. The staff was very pleasant. They gave eye contact and made us feel welcome.

The web site said all pets up to 65 pounds. We got there and they said no cats. I even called them to confirm before I booked. We had to then find another hotel that accepted cats and dogs. The wife said we will no longer use Travelocity and will never stay at a Hilton ever again.

There was no water in the room when we arrived late at night. We were too tired to mess with it. We left early, tried all day to call and no one answered. This is the 2nd trying to speak with someone

No water at this hotel since last night! They said city issue, but I called and they said it was a hotel issue.

The staff were very friendly. Check in was easy. The room was clean but not a fan of barn doors on bathrooms. The bed was meh.
The breakfast was very plentiful, not sure if the eggs are real though. They were out of coffee on the day I was there...inexcusable in my opinion.
The location was the highlight. Very close to FSU and FAMU and Gaines street.

We've never had a problem like that in the past, but unfortunately it happened on a weekend day and the part that we needed to replace couldn't come in until Monday. 环境：也挺不错的，而且还有自助早餐，种类比较丰富，非常喜欢早餐的草莓芝士，抹在贝果上非常好吃
早餐太简单了，一位女前台服务一般，窗户不能开很闷
周边环境差点，其它都很好
#赞#床品舒适度、蚊虫治理令我满意；房间没水，大小一般和快捷酒店差不多，住两天没打扫
工作人员态度很差，尤其是今天早上退房时遇到的梅丽莎。房间又脏又破旧，而且噪音很大，整晚我都能听到地板上所有门关上的声音。前台工作人员明显很不高兴，这家酒店位于大学城，紧邻体育场，所以周围环境非常嘈杂。入住体验很差！
