Felt very comfortable, all staff from cleaning lady to waitress to bar man at the spa were really pleasant,with a smile on their face and ready to help you with any questions we might have. The young lady from the reception help us find things to visit in the area, called and made appointments for us.Food was very good, the entire resort very vlean. Thank you, recommend any time

We stayed three nights during the summer shoulder period when the resort was not crowded nor busy and was gearing down after its busy season. The pools are excellent. The resort has a specific procedure on securing towels and different colored wrist bands for the two pools and spa. Regrettably, upon check in, the staff member who assisted did not explain the procedure well, causing us several awkward encounters with other staff members. Additionally on occasion the hotel rents out the facilities in the evening with the two dining establishments and the two pools being closed to hotel guests. We did not find much to do in the surrounding area on the evening we were not allowed to use resort facilities. Food quality is highly acceptable. While I am glad that we spent 3 nights at Septimia, I have no desire to return.
