Staff was not on-site to check in called numours calls made to front desk none answered. Strange people walking in and out.As took picture of no staff will be back until 7am Thanksgiving morning , man came in asking if someone checking he none Radisson ID.I was displaced for mr my holiday vacation displaced

Room was cold, they claim it was fixed when I report it and the room was still cold. Parking is far from the entrance door

There was a running toilet bowl all night. I asked for another room and was told they would send someone over to fix it instead. The man came up to check it but never came back to fix it. I went down two times, even saw the mechanic who said he would come up in 15 minutes, he never did. Yes, I turned the water valve off, but that's not the point.

This hotel was used to accommodate my out of town relatives. The stay was good. There was one problem with an overhead tile but we were able to push it in place. Rooms are a little outdated and can be spruced up a bit, but the rooms were clean and accommodating. Most importantly the price point was very good and the hotel staff are extremely hospitable.

服务太差了,扣了我双份的钱,携程已经付了房费,酒店再扣一次,而且押金100美金不退,太恶心了,跟携程沟通根本没有能力处理解决,最恶心的一次体验

一切都很好,酒店真的很有品质。这是我第二次住这家酒店了。
